Domino's Pizza

I was just calling for some information. I wasn’t placing an order, but the female was very short with me and just hung up.

Walked inside and every employee ignored the two customers in the store while they screamed and chatted with peers. I ordered my food through the mobile site and sat down. Once my pizza and wings were ready I was finally asked “what do you want”. Great pizza, bad work ethic. They looked tired as if they just worked a 15hr shift in the oilfield.

We ordered Domino's mostly late night, always hot and on time, very friendly service.

I work nights doing security; I had placed a delivery order with this dominos and they canceled my order without telling me; when I called them to ask the manager said “it’s late and I don’t have a delivery driver, I asked if she could bring it and she hung up, I tried calling back a couple times until my number was eventually blocked from the store… I’m very frustrated with this experience and just wanted some lunch during my shift. Will not be ordering from this location and will be advising everyone I know never to come here again

Tried to come in and eat at lunch time. Was greeted by the man preparing food very nicely. Started to order and a lady that joined the food prep line very rudely asked the lady at the register if she was taking an order which she obviously was as I was still standing at the counter. She then told the lady at the register their screen was full and it would be 2 and a half hours plus on any food. Loudly and across the whole place. I have worked in the food industry. There is a right and a wrong way to pass along that information. If you have a fine in area there should also be dine in vs carry out or delivery food order. Completely disrespectful and disgusting way to handle this situation. We just walked out. If you aren’t worried about return customers or word of mouth getting out keep it up. We will spend our money elsewhere and did at another pizza place that was able to handle our order that wasn’t an inconvenience.

Terrible place don’t go didn’t even cut. My pizza. Didn’t even put sauce on my wings gave me cups on the side and didn’t even give ranch. The reviews are right they are lazy like they said.

We totally thought he delivered to the wrong address but he didnt at all. Joseph if you see this youre an amazing guy and we hope you do well. Were sorry if we caused any issues for you!

Without any doubt those people make the best pizza in the west Texas region. I’m going to miss this place.

So terrible, my husband got us pizza tonight and I was actually excited to try the gluten free crust, until we sat down and my husband found a beetle in his pizza, (in the dim light we thought it was roach) showed up to the place and they locked the doors, we knock on the door and pretend like we aren’t there, eventually they just turn off the lights to the lobby!! Luckily the manager I assume pulls up and asks us what’s wrong, explain the situation and he helped us immediately. He is the only one that actually cared, unlike the pathetic staff. Do NOT eat here, neither of us experienced this eating anywhere, just terrible
