Because the “managers” don’t make sure the order is right and when you let them know they want to charge you for their screw up. They refuse to give their names and they regularly over charge. Little caesers across the street at least has employees who pay attention.
Called in my order 1hour later I call and was told it was on its way out the door 20 minuets later I call keep in mind I live 5-10 minuets away and was told they were waiting on a driver and it would be approximately 20 minuets I show up to get my food it’s setting on a shelf I check it and it’s already cold get my money back I will never use dominos again

Domino's Pizza offers good pizza, but it's also about the service and treatment. The staff at the University location is friendly, on-time, and respectful. The pizzas are usually pretty good and priced lower than Pizza Hut. Recently, some customers have noted issues with undercooked dough on pan pizzas and have reported receiving incorrect orders. Despite these concerns, the quality of food and customer service have seen improvements, thanks to Amanda's efforts. Many have enjoyed the hot wings and the medium pizza with Parmesan garlic bread. The delivery driver, Kenneth, is noted for being timely and nice. Parking is now easier due to Little Caesars being built across the street, which has cut down on traffic at Domino's. However, some customers have expressed disappointment with overcooked breadbites and a decline in the amount of toppings on pizzas and pasta.
