Honestly disappointed with management and their communication skills.
We recieved a rotten salad with our order. It seems dismal but one of our vegatarian family members were really looking forward to it. We ordered two stuffed crust pizzas with our order that were fantastically made and delivered with no issue.
After contacting Domino's immediately after finding out we were told that the driver would pick up the salad and bring us another one.
After waiting an hour and our family member still hungry while the rest of us had already had the chance to eat we called again to find out that there was never any intention of replacing our salad, no one was on their way and we had been forgotten.
We were not offered a replacement this time, just a credit or a gift certificate (which we ended up with choosing in hindsight we should've just asked for a refund.) however if we had known from the beginning there was no intention of replacing this we would've gotten food for our family member elsewhere instead of waiting an hour for them to correct the order.
THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME ORDERING AT DOMINO'S. EVER. What an absolute mess never again.
I'll attach photos of the salad if it allows me to. The smell was off and it was slimy along the bottom.

I ordered an ULTIMATE THIN CRUST PEPPERONI Pizza and only got a Cold Regular Thin crust Pepperoni pizza. There was no Two layers of Pepperonis, and the Sauce and cheese were not portioned right.And it wasn't even sliced correctly.Parts of the outside of the pizza was burnt and just had sauce. And the Pizza was Cold and greasy. Got charged for a Specialty Pizza but received a Regular one. Not Happy At All. I got Jipped..

The customer service is terrible at this location. The pizza delivery driver never made it to our house with the pizza. We called back hours later to find out they went back to Dominoes, they said no one was home. We were definitely home starving, waiting on our pizza. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM HERE. They didn’t even give us a credit, an apology or a refund.

I ordered a pizza at 7:30 PM called at 8:30 to find out where the pizza was. They told me it was on its way at 9:15. Still no pizza I called back to get a credit. They told me they don’t do refunds. Then lied and told me they tried to deliver it, but I didn’t answer . Complete lie proceeds to read out the number and it’s not even my phone number . Worst customer service ever if I could give them a zero star I would. Ended up having to go pick it up myself.

They had already taken my order and when I was about to tell them the address, they put me on hold and the girl never came back. I speak Spanish and she should also check that, please. the attention was very bad

This place sucks so unprofessional I paid $150 for pizza and to have it delivered and driver couldn’t find my house even though we have had pizza delivered here so many times I seen him pass by and I would wave at him and he acted like he didn’t see me. I ended up having to go pickup my order from the store and it was all cold and soggy.

Well the girl that answered the phone sounded new or didn’t know her job she had to ask questions and I was told they can’t deliver to my address down five miles away. I used to work at dominoes and I had to drive clear from Odessa to midland sometimes deliver pizza some bs, I know I could’ve driven but after working 14 hour shift you want food and willing to pay for it. Just driver lost good tip. Won’t order from dominoes again
It was really good and they remembered the dipping sauces just right. That was a while ago, my hubby doesn't like pizza, so I rarely get any domino's. I was very disappointed in the breadbites. Way, way overcooked. Chicken good and got the sauces. Girl at the window was sweet and informed me of procedure, so no surprize there. Been sick with stomach bug so I am looking for a certain taste that is like before. THIS WAS NOT IT.
Parking: Parking is easy now. Little Ceasors built across the street. Cut way back on traffic @ Dominos.

For several years I've been ordering from this location and never had an issue. Recently they gave me someone else's order, and twice now the toppings on pizza have been about half what they usually are. And twice now the pasta has barely covered the bottom of the tin. Less than half what they used to be! I'll have to find a new location to award with my money.
