I’m glad I stopped by this restaurant after work. Food was amazing, staff was friendly. I had both the Tuna Aguachile, and the Ribeye Augachile. Both were flavorful , with just the right amount of spice. Tres leches and a margarita for desert. I was surprised by the quality and presentation of the food. Overall It was a very good experience, definitely coming back.

Don Bolos is a beautifully designed restaurant with a Tulum-inspired aesthetic that creates a pleasant and inviting atmosphere.
The service was excellent—staff were attentive, friendly, and professional.
Unfortunately, the food did not meet the same standard.
The ribeye “chicharrón” was essentially just fried meat in oil, lacking both flavor and the expected crispiness.
The coffee tasted old, which was disappointing, and the tres leches dessert was average at best.
It’s a lovely spot to enjoy a drink or a relaxed ambiance, but the culinary experience could be significantly improved.

Well I had to change my review due to today’s visit; Pour service, the service has horrible!! Restaurant was empty, we had a Party of five, again restaurant was empty and still they brought out our meals 1 at a time with several minute spacing, brought it up to the manager and all she could say was wait, we are getting it. Not an apology, a sorry for the inconvenience, nothing! Hate to say, we will not return, so disappointed. FYI I STILL TIPPED THE WAITRESS 15 % just for the fact that I myself used to serve and she’s not to blame for pour management. In the words of my good friend ADIOS AMIGO !

The service was a bit slow—our drinks and refills took a while to arrive, and the waitress wasn’t able to explain the specific desserts they had. That said, she was very patient and kind, which we appreciated. The food itself was excellent, and the yellow corn tortillas were especially amazing, really topping off a great meal.
