Don’t let the look of this place deceive you - it has a huge reputation for its sweet treats and Mexican baked goods! I absolutely love this place.It’s a really cute place on the inside, but on the outside, you can’t tell it’s a bakery and cafe that is so popular by locals. It looks kinda dreary on the outside, but please give this place a try. Every time I come here, folks and regulars keep popping in, happy and looking forward to their purchase. That’s an excellent sign. The customer service is also splendid!I highly recommend the sweet potato and pineapple empanadas as well as their scones (white chocolate blueberry, I think??). The scones are a bit on the stiff/rocky side. The outer edges of their empanadas do tend to get very dry (no filling reaches the edges either) but the inside pockets are still worth it.They look so ordinary but pack a mouthful! Also, their donuts are also very light, airy and extremely SOFT to bite into.Their thumbprint cookies are also quite pretty and 89 cents each.

Coffee: great Pastry: very good Breakfast Sausage w/ Eggs Burrito: Ok. Eggs: were a little dry. Forgot to ask for cheese. Flour Tortillas: tasted ok. Nit sure if it was home made, it was not thick which is my preference. Restaurant: very good size, clean and with great "coffee shop" atmosphere. Location: ok. The inside looks much better than the outside. Service: uhm. Oooook. The young guy was quiet and very serious. But once he started to interact with coworkers he was very talkative. Employees kept working and cleaning all the time I was there.

I just adore this bakery! Delicious pastries , amazing coffee and best of all the customer service. Breakfast burritos are authentic and taste just like my grandmothers ♥️ . Tortas are my favorite to order . Dulce de Leche Flavored coffee is a must !

The kolaches were not great. The brisket burrito was the worst. It had no seasoning not even salt. It was the biggest disappointment. We paid $30 and we are still hungry because the food was so disappointing. If all the food taste like this I dont think we will be back. A shame because the establishment is nice on the inside.
