Great drinks , got my first non coffee and it was pretty good just really tart and sour. I got the passion fruit coconut blended lemonade with blue raspberry float I added some coconut cream at the house and sweetened it up I give it 8/10.

I waited an hour and 20 minutes for my drink and decided to ask for a refund. It doesn’t matter if you have a new drop or not, an hour and 20 minutes for 1 large drink (golden eagle) is ridiculous. I went and told them 3 times that I hadn’t received my order and each time they told me it was coming up. Someone who ordered after me got their drink before me. They were more focused on drive time than the people waiting outside.

Very poor customer service. They gave me the wrong drink at the drive through window after waiting for 30 minutes. Then I proceeded to wait another 30 minutes for the correct drink at the pick up window.
The wait time is horrible, especially when you order through the app, you still wait for all the cars in the drive thru and also in the pick up area, but I will still come here every day, because I love my coffee and lemonade.
