When this location first opened its was so good . Drinks were good and line moved fast. After all the training people left it definitely fell off. Lines are long and multiple times there was nobody coming out to take orders so I had to back out of the line. I normally get the golden eagle hot. With whip and extra caramel but seems like some of it is forgotten to be put in my drink.

The coffee is delicious and the staff is friendly, however the wait time is ridiculously long for a drive thru coffee place. Been here several times now and it's between 20-30mins wait in the drive thru lanes. If they can work this out it'd be 5 stars!

Very unprofessional team, 3-4 young girls dancing, laughing and screaming at the window, our smoothie was spilling all over and the nitro did not look like a nitro. So sad for a new location to start out this way. Hopefully the person in charge reads this post and tries to make a change. Visit date 2/23/24 at 6pm.

I am giving it three stars because I have had Dutch Brothers in other locations and the coffee is great. This location is insanely slow. I sat in line for over 20 minutes and barely moved, before I was able to finally work my way out of line and go to another coffee shop. .
