Ed & Toms Bar-B-Que is a small but must-try place in Odessa, TX. The staff is friendly and funny and the atmosphere is great. The brisket is tender and juicy, and melts in your mouth. The BBQ spud is a favorite. Customers love the smoked meatloaf and 2-rib plate, with the pork ribs and collard greens being highlights, definitely the best in Odessa. The All-Star five-meat plate and 3 meat plate are absolutely amazing with rich, smoky flavors. The sides like Mac & Cheese and cornbread are delicious. Overall, a place worth visiting again for some excellent and authentic Southern BBQ experience.
