Ed & Tom’s Barbecue in Odessa is absolutely amazing! I tried their All-Star five-meat plate, and every bite brought back memories of home in South Alabama. The rich, smoky flavors tasted just like the authentic Southern food I grew up on. Everything was cooked to perfection. If you’re ever in town, you definitely have to check them out!
Stop by to get 17 plates for work and the 3 meat plate was delicious. Extremely quick for just popping in and ordering 17. Gave me a large kool-aid for my wait. Was refreshing. Out of the ribs, chicken and brisket i couldn't chose which one was the best since they were all great. Highly recommend.
If you want bbq, this is one of about 3 places left in Odessa you can get it without being disappointed.
