I waited 30 minutes to order and had to ask pretty much if I could order, the girl didn't even look at me, saw me multiple times, said nothing. Only one person so it did feel like it was a lot for just one person. Absolutely ridiculous, management has to do better.
I waited 30 minutes and had to ask the woman if I could order. He looked at me several times, and never asked me anything. Completely ignored, I think that one person for the entire service is abusive. Management has to improve the service.

I give it one star but they don't deserve one, my husband went to buy food and the boy and girl who were there DID NOT LOOK AT HIM, they didn't bother to serve him, they made tomato salad without gloves, they talked on the phone and they didn't even try to attend to it. THEY ARE NO LONGER IN CUBA!!!! At least try to offer a decent service!
