This site has an artificial voice system that takes your order. I made my order and it didn't register my order. I had to reorder again. After the second unsuccessful attempt the system signaled a REAL person to take the order. That was really frustrating. Making it automated doesn't mean it is going to be better.
Went through the drive through and had to order from an automated response. This was a first for me. I would rather talk to a person. The lasagna was good and the spaghetti and meatballs were tasty as well. Lots of yummy bread sticks too.

Awesome fast food that doesn't taste like fast food! It was either go to My Piasci or Olive Garden and spend over $100 for 2 people or spend $50 for the same amount of food and not have to deal with the wait time, attitudes, people and then the expected tip. Regardless of the service. So, Fazoli's was a hit again. I've been there twice through the drive thru and ate really nice when I arrived home.

I had never been to this place. I needed ti order a meal for my staff whose Christmas party was that day. When I looked online it said I was able to order that day. Since I had never ordered I decided I would go to the restaurant and order there to get a better Idea of portions and options. That was a mistake! Manager was a little snippy and not too willing to help. She finally sent a gentleman who gladly assisted me and helped me tremendously. Also the gentleman who brought everything out to my vehicle was really sweet.
