I sat for awhile looking things over. Had a conversation with my spouse over my cell. The staff didn't give me any troubles. I decided on a meal, ordered a meatball sub. Was tasty. Order came out fast even as orders were coming in for pick-up and customers dining in. Staff were playful and very pleasant with kids! Had smiles and were a joy to be around.

Had the French Dip. Best French Dip I have had in a very long time. The aujus sauce is so good. Also, my parents and I are disabled, we’re in so much pain tonight, Mrs. Ruby, we called her when we got there and she came out to the truck and got our payment, took it inside to check us out then brought our food out to us. Truly appreciate that. I can’t say enough about how wonderful and just so sweet she is. Truly appreciate this kind of service. And the fact that she truly did not mind at all. Thank you Mrs. Ruby.

Had the filet mignon. Nice delicate broccolini and sweet potato purée to go with it. Dessert was sticky toffee pudding with the perfect amount of richness. What can I say: Firehouse Subs impressed me🤷🏾♂️

I have eaten at firehouse on numerous occasions and been just fine (Just for clarification). The last 3 times I’ve eaten ANYTHING from there I have come down with serious stomach issues and vomiting and mind you this is one of the only meals I had today. No snacks or anything. I’m about to go to the ER and get paperwork so I can send this to safety resources because this is ridiculous and a big safety issue, crazier thing being this has been reported by multiple individuals at other locations. Get your organization together!!

Is a sandwich shop it's decent but it's like most others doesn't do anything specifically to stand out other than they do donate to first responders which I find to be pretty good

Madison was our cashier and she was beyond rude acted like a teenager , everyone greeted us with a smile and welcomed us , but as soon as we went to order madison didn’t greet us we literally just looked at each other for a good minute to order and then proceeded to roll her eyes & make a rude comment about me ordering next after my partner she doesn’t belong at a establishment like that especially how easy her job is and to act like a teenager how old she is! disappointment
