Madison was our cashier and she was beyond rude acted like a teenager , everyone greeted us with a smile and welcomed us , but as soon as we went to order madison didn’t greet us we literally just looked at each other for a good minute to order and then proceeded to roll her eyes & make a rude comment about me ordering next after my partner she doesn’t belong at a establishment like that especially how easy her job is and to act like a teenager how old she is! disappointment

This was the worst sandwich I have ever had. They steam the meat? It was so soggy by the time I got home it was not edible. Why can’t they just toast it? Terrible.

We tried this place for the first time and my god it's so much better then subway. Definitely our new go to. Bit pricy but so worth it. They do not hold back with their toppings and the staff at the odessa location is wonderful

Very disappointed with the service on the last trip. We eat at firehouse regularly and it's normally decent. This order was a complete mess. They left items out, seemed annoyed when I asked about them, and then half filled the bowls of soup out of spite. I'm making a formal complaint with their corporate office, what a disgraceful location.Update: I had also submitted feedback on the Firehouse website regarding the order. The local GM called me the next day to get more information so he could check into the issue. He expressed concern for what happened and assured me that is not how things typically are ran and we would be addressing the incident with his staff. Bumping the stars up a bit because they contacted me to find out what happened.
