If I could give it zero stars I would. Dirty, gross, food not like other firehouse subs Ive been too. Bathrooms absolutely disgusting. Wanted to speak with manager but he was “on the phone” for an unseemly amt of time. General staff were overall friendly but the disarray of the store and the unavailability of the manager really set me off.

I experienced a very uncomfortable time while trying to enjoy my meal. The manager, Joseph (I believe), was very unprofessional with one of his employees. He was yelling at her in front of the whole dining room and other staff. I hope this utter disregard to others and his employees is addressed

I'm not a big sub sandwich fan, but this place is by far the best when it comes to sandwiches. They are very proud of their sandwiches though and that is evident by the price. But it seems most sub sandwich places are a little pricey when u think about it. And its only a freakin sandwich.

Top-quality nothing. This place attracts roaches; they need proper a inspection and they don't change the soda filters for a week, they don't clean or sanitize the grill properly, or the meat steamers. Don't dash no food here. It won't be fresh. I can't lie!

The subs taste good but on Saturdays it is ran by folks who are more into hanging out than making sandwiches. Not a profitable business model due to how long it takes to get a sandwich.

I used to love going here. The food was great. I used to order on favor or door dash, but that only lasted until they stopped letting you customize sandwiches. So I would come here with my parents to this location. Was really nice up until 2 years ago or so. It has slowly gone downhill from there. Just drab and gross inside now. Corporate should really take a long hard look at this location. The last time I was there August 2023, which is the LAST time I will ever eat there, I went into the bathroom. It looked like someone had a bloody nose. It was dripped all over the floor, toilet, and sink. This was so gross! I decided to not use it and spoke to the manager which didn't look at me like she cared. I really don't think she is managing this location very well! Needs new management and DEEP cleaning for sure. Gross gross gross

Based on my experience here, the food was exceptional and the customer service from Juan was good. Our family didn't feel comfortable sitting down while eating due to some other customer's negative demeanor and safety issues towards staff and us there. No other issues overall. Would recommend and return.

I'll start that I love firehouse subs. I e always had a good sandwich at any location... until today and this one. It took over 30 minutes to make 2 sandwiches. And even then one was wrong and neither were what I'd call hot. My hook and ladder barely had any meat and didn't fill the length of the sandwich so it was basically bread. The other sandwich was a Build your own. Specifically ask for no mayo. It has mayo. And again not warm. Not much meat. Worst food for us in a long time.

Our order to so long to get ready.We paid for mushrooms and they put 2 mushrooms ONLY. Ordered and paid for extra brisket and hardly any meat at all. My husband told them about the mushrooms so instead of just adding more the added and pressed it again which made it so freaking hard to eat. Both of our sandwiches were only half eaten and rest trash that is how bad it was.
