Food is usually hot but I just wish the burgers had more seasoning on them. Service is not great or even good, cashiers are always rude. I ordered a milk shake only for my daughter so she can have while getting her nails 💅 done and it took 18mins just to get 1 shake. I went a second time to grab a shake for my other daughter to have while getting her nails 💅 done and asked how long will it take since my daughter was already getting her nails done, and the cashier said I don't know it is not like I make the shakes super rude.

i usually have a great time at fuddruckers but yall definitely need to train your managers a little better it was unprofessional for the manger to be yelling at a young lady at the register about a personal matter that could of been handled in the back i feel so bad for the girl working the register for someone to embarrass me in front of staff and customers ive been coming here for many years this the first time ever do better your a leader and that was very unprofessional of you to yell at your employee like that and embarrass her

Clean? Nope if you look around just a bit you begin to loose your appetite... my burger wasn't edible. Not trying to be negative just honest. My husband did enjoy his burger though.

Everytime my wife and I come in we are greeted by Claudia. She asks us how we're doing. She always checks up on us and makes sure our food is right. She's great! Food is fresh and the store is always clean. Denita is also great. They always make us feel as if we are among friends. We will continue to return! They are amazing!
