It was my first visit here and I was impressed. I was seated and served quickly and the food was excellent. I ordered the steamed pork bao and original tonkatsu ramen. Both were fresh and delicious.

Normally, I order from this place a lot but today I did a walk-in to order a couple was before me they seated them. I was next, but three people walked in behind me and she looked over me to seat them so I just walked out I ordered from them not too long ago on Uber Eats. I was charged $58 fto send my food. They didn’t even give me all of my food. I will not go through them ever again. rude horrible customer service

me and my husband got dinner here tonight and I went to go pickup my order which was ready at 6:27 and I arrived at 6:31 and they said my order wasn’t ready yet so then I continued to wait another 40 MINUTES for my order and finally got it and drove home , when we went to eat the entire order was cold , wrong , and overall nasty , considering my entire meal was over $60 I was expecting more . So to start off my husbands chicken and rice was soggy , then onto the boa , I got 2 orders so steamed and pan fried and they were both steamed they were so soggy and cold that the doe was literally smearing . Then onto my yupo noodles I begged on the notes to only put a tiny bit of chili oil since I can’t eat too spicy and they always have done it but tonight they went head and put an excessive amount of chili oil making my meal completely inedible for me . On top of it being way too spicy the noodles were cold and all stuck together I couldn’t even pull it apart , and then the beef that came with it was so dry it was comparable to dog food super tough . I genuinely would give this a 0/5 rating if I could and it was a complete waste of my money overall do not recommend and it wasn’t even busy at all in there so im confused on why it took so long and why everything is so bad im so upset

The food is very good but check your ticket if you have a large table. Each ticket was charged automatic gratuity ranging from $40-$60. I told the waiter and he didn’t understand me completely and talked to another lady and they pretended it was normal.
