This Odessa Mr. Gattis used to be a movie theatre back in the early days , I saw the original Star Wars there , anyways it's still a cool place to take your kids , the food was cranking out with plenty for everyone , the staff there were all smiling , if you got kids or grandkids do yourself a favor and go there

I love going to Mr. Gatti's. As an adult it brings out my inner child. I love how almost all the games are no longer faulty and everything takes place on a reloadable card. The food is buffet pizza. I wouldn't expect anything more from it.

I left my first ever review on google (even had to create a account to do so ) but I figured I share with y’all here as well
The wife and I and our 2 kids went for a early dinner
Arriving around 5ish
Paid almost 60$ for us
We went in me and wife got a salad and drink the kids got some pasta and drink because all the pizza was super old looking
And if you have ever been to Gatti’s you know the difference in their fresh pizza and old pizza is crazy old is not edible fresh is pretty good
Anyway we ate our salad went to the buffet and nothing new all super old
Granted it was very slow at this time and the buffet was full of pizza but it was all very old
So we decided to let kids go ahead and play in the arcade then we will return to the table and eat
So we did that for about 20 min came back in and if I’m lying I’m dying it was the same exact pizza on the buffet just even older now
So I went to the lady at the front kindly said to her
Mam can we order a couple pizzas we been here like 45 min wait on fresh pizza and it ain’t coming apparently
She apologized and said sure what would you like I said a couple of pepperonis would be fine
Then she says that would be 22$ and some change
I said well I just paid 60$ already
She said I know I apologize again 🫤
So we just left and went across the street to DQ spent another 40$ and got food to take home
So I highly highly highly recommend only going when they are super busy or not at all

If I could give this place a zero everyone in this whole establishment is so unprofessional I usually don't put out people's names out there but in this case I'm going to I'll give a small Insight of the reason why I'm given this review a few of my family members have came down with covid these past few days I have reserved a party room for my grandson's second birthday with many people in our family coming down with covid I had no choice but to cancel the party I did call the day before and spoke with the manager and there was no issue about getting a deposit back $50 which isn't a lot of money so the next day I sent my daughter after speaking with the manager about the deposit on the cancellation of my party there was no issue as my daughter arrived the next day the cashier which her name is Alanie was so rude to my daughter and refused to give her the deposit back as my daughter asked to speak to the manager the manager was so unprofessional and couldn't even come to the front to speak with my daughter due to the fact that I had covid I cannot go up there myself so I made the call up there I was hung up on repeatedly so as I was on the phone with my daughter so I can speak to the manager that little young girl threw the money at my daughter ghatti's needs to do better with there customer service and management with that being said I will be contacting the corporate office and filing a complaint never again will I step into ghatti's this is an embarrassment is an an embarrassment to our community that people can be treated so badly

I love Mr Gattis. But the front manager was the rudest person I’ve ever met. Had a stuck up attitude for no reason at the cash register. We took our sons cake for his birthday and asked a couple questions since we didn’t rent a room and she got an attitude about it as if we were trying to get into her living at her house to throw a party. I understood the rules but she said it beyond rude and stuck up. I love Mr Gattis and if it wasn’t for that I would have put one star. She ruined our time there today

When we first walked in it smelled like moldy mop head /water they used on the floor smells horrable .....Games are very old , most of them don't work the game room seemed cleaned but pretty sure they don't whipe down anything for sure both hockey tables are trash Somes games were okay but forsure u get what u pay for when you come to this place .
Great pizza and I love the kids asking for money from there parents to play games you know what dad says NO plus other stuff but that's why they look for mama first.
