Honestly, I'd always pass by this place thinking it wouldn't be good, but I went to try it one day and really enjoyed it. I don't care for the biscuits nor the extra cost for sauces, but their chicken seems fresh and real.

??We went in about 45 before closing and had to wait in drive-thru forever they told me they were out of everything except for certain chicken no sides at all and they sold us cold chicken I got spicy chicken that was covered with so much seasoning it looked like they just do a handful of seasoning on the chicken I live in Austin I drove 7 hours for this next time I know don't stop here they had no gravy and they wanted to charge us for extra dipping sauce this place is a joke right before closing time??

This is the worst golden chick location I have ever been to. Every. Single. Time. We go they are beyond rude. It’s 8pm I asked for mashed potatoes she says they are “all out for the night” okay, I don’t understand that because you’re open for another 2 hours? Make more. Nevertheless I ask for jalapeño poppers instead. No more of those either. I settle for fries, the only thing they had. I have to ask for my receipt at the window. Cold soggy fries & chicken. If you live here or are visiting do not come to this location! I have gave them multiple opportunities & each time they let me down. No customer service AT ALL. I live a few minutes from this location & am beyond disappointed that I can’t rely on this location for dinner sometimes.

I see why this place doesn't have good ratings. I ordered a 3 piece chicken with 3 jalapeños. My fault for not checking the bag and assuming such a simple order could be carried out successfully. I ended up with a 3 piece chicken strip. 3 of the smallest chicken strips I've ever seen paired with 3 extremely dry jalapeños. I don't understand how a pickled jalapeño can have absolutely no juice in it. I can't see myself trying Golden Chick again. My food was also stale feeling as if it had been there a long time. I really hope a manager reads this because this was a terrible experience. I wish the picture could portray just how cold the roll was, cold the mashed potatoes, dry the jalapeño was, and how dissatisfied I was to be eating 3 tiny chicken strips when I thought I'd be getting 3 bone-in pieces of chicken.

Horrible service, my husband went on Sunday, they made him wait more than 10 minutes and gave him an incomplete order, I had to go to the store again, which is more than 25 minutes away, the worker with a horrible attitude said that it was the customer's responsibility to review the order... if I'm paying you for something it's because that's what I expect to receive... I don't know why you have that kind of people there who are not at all friendly.
