I used to love this place by they have gone down to cups instead of bowls for their fruit bowls. $10 per cup. Barely any fruit like before. I know times are hard but they aren’t just hard on you- they are hard on everyone. I try to support small business instead of making my own but I just can’t see how it can fit into my budget now with these cutbacks on amounts and no lower pricing.

I have been going for many years but stopped since I moved. Today I went to get the avocado toast I always get and there was hardly no avocado in my toast and the toast was not toasted like it usually is. I addressed it to the worker and she stated they have been making the toast like this for years but that’s a no because I’ve ordered the same things for years now. The toast was over powered with pepper chucks. I will not return again. Such a disappointment.

I have been going at least once a week for a couple months now. I tried a few flavors and when I found my favorite that is what I always get. The two ladies I usually see on weekday mornings know me and my drink. They are usually getting the ingredients out before I ever order and simply ask if I am having my usual. My husband and I have stopped in a couple times on Saturday, it is a bit different than through the week, which I expect. Service is still good and they are very nice as well.

I love this place they have great smoothies that don't make me feel like I'm eating 10x the sugar I'm supposed to in a day. My favorite is the mango one so good. I love love love the acaï bowl so perfect even after being sent to me on doordash. They always answer there phone and the service is great. 10/10 probably will get Breakfast there again tomorrow.

Went in today to get a smoothie before heading to Armstrong (beauty supply nearby) and i looked over the menu for a bit and when i asked the ladies at the counter a few questions (haven’t been in here for years) she was kind of aloof with me but as i asked her more questions about the smoothies all i asked was about the smoothie the taste if its sweet or not very simple questions and it seemed like answering me was such a chore. I remember these smoothies being bomb back in 2018/2019 and the smoothie i tried today was so bland. But of course it was, the ladys attitude went into my smoothie. You can definitely tell when someone wants to do their job and do it right and the lady that attended me this morning does not like helping customers or answering their questions. Sad truly. Hope the owner realizes they are hindering the business. Putting a sour taste in customers mouths.

Should of read the reviews first it's true. Watery small bowls not fresh they pulled it out of the fridge already blended in the bowl they just top off half-heartedly with the fruit. Very disappointed first time customer, will not return!

This place used to be so good around 5 years ago, the açaí bowls and smoothies were genuinely good! USED to because the quality has gone down so much. Bowls are super watery and they dont fill them up like they used to. The smoothies have ice and not much taste.

At the Darville Company providing the Higher Standard of Service is of paramount importance so I was a little concerned about trying out Goodlife Nutrition because of several poor customer service reviews but I really wanted to find some healthy choices to eat.Granted the young staff could use a little training and encouragement on customer service, greetings and paying attention, but they did OK.The Acia bowl with all the toppings was outstanding. Tasty and filling.Looking forward to returning and trying a meal replacement shake.

Went today around 11 to get two bowls/ and a smoothie which was very watery(bowl) and frozen (smoothie) and not freshly made for the price we are paying they should be freshly made also I order the bowls with extra honey and the older lady preparing the bowls nearly put any honey when I had to pay extra for it….. also the screen in the front makes it difficult for the customers to hear the employees talk when we are ordering.
