Should of read the reviews first it's true. Watery small bowls not fresh they pulled it out of the fridge already blended in the bowl they just top off half-heartedly with the fruit. Very disappointed first time customer, will not return!

This place used to be so good around 5 years ago, the açaí bowls and smoothies were genuinely good! USED to because the quality has gone down so much. Bowls are super watery and they dont fill them up like they used to. The smoothies have ice and not much taste.

No meat, if you need protein this place is not for you, need some great beef, pork or chicken if you are wanting some healthy protein this place is not for you

Last few times haven’t been so great. Açaí bowl was given half frozen. Not prepared fresh, as they usually are. Strawberries looked and tasted days old. $10 for a bowl you would expect to receive a quality item.

At the Darville Company providing the Higher Standard of Service is of paramount importance so I was a little concerned about trying out Goodlife Nutrition because of several poor customer service reviews but I really wanted to find some healthy choices to eat.Granted the young staff could use a little training and encouragement on customer service, greetings and paying attention, but they did OK.The Acia bowl with all the toppings was outstanding. Tasty and filling.Looking forward to returning and trying a meal replacement shake.

Went today around 11 to get two bowls/ and a smoothie which was very watery(bowl) and frozen (smoothie) and not freshly made for the price we are paying they should be freshly made also I order the bowls with extra honey and the older lady preparing the bowls nearly put any honey when I had to pay extra for it….. also the screen in the front makes it difficult for the customers to hear the employees talk when we are ordering.

Food…, ordered an avocado toast and got the all the back part of the avocado. If im paying 5 bucks for 1 toast I better get a something good. Also food handling is not the best, person preparing the food was sneezing and not washing hands or using gloves when making food.

I love the açaí smoothie bowl, but definitely customer service needs improvement. Also it’s like pulling teeth to ask for a large cup of ice water. I was told they don’t serve ice water (and as a picky water drinker I did not like the water selection they had in the fridge.) They wouldn’t even sale a cup of ice to me.

Good place and drinks, but the nail salon next door stinks up the place! Couldn’t hardly stand the smell of nail polish while waiting. I feel bad for the employees.

I love that it’s a healthy place but smoothies are not that good. We had ice chips in our smoothie which made it undesirable. There will be a 20 min wait on its busy days. Fresh juices are made in advance. So don’t walk in looking for fresh juice.

Terrible customer service. If you strive for your business to last ever, customer service is the upmost priority. It lays the foundation to all businesses. Selling food is the easiest part, keeping clientele is the hardest part of all small businesses! People will pay more for fantastic customer service. Word of mouth is a powerful thing. I don't wish you ill, but GoodLife Nutrition will not last long.

Forgot my coconut and honey, and when I called nicely about it, they insisted they do not put coconut flakes and honey when they’re busy. Every other time I’ve gotten a bowl, it’s had coconut flakes and honey. Terrible customer service and such rude employees.
