This location is TERRIBLE. It’s so unfortunate how down hill it’s gone. The staff could care less about anything. Management is definitely a part of the problem.

That’s why this place has only 3 stars, the wings are good, the way they’re supposed to be; bathrooms are not the cleanest and service is not the best either. Even when the place is not packed, you can see the waiters and bartenders over there chatting it up with each other while you’re over here trying to wave at them because you need something else. We did get an attentive bartender once. Your other choice is Buffalo Wild Wings but both of them have bad service.

This hooters location has improved tremendously. I came here 2 yrs ago and wasn't impressed. This visit blew me away. The manager was cool, service was on point. Beer was cold and their wings beats BWW. I like the new menu, have a little more variety. Great atmosphere.

Place is filthy! Servers sitting at tables on their phone . Only 4 customers. Bartender and the servers watched me clean the bar top and never got off their phones. I can’t believe yall are still in business. Disgusting 🤮. As I’m writing this, 4 servers sitting at a table on their phones. Now bartender joined them! Place is so filthy I don’t even trust that the glass they gave me is clean! I’m out of here. I expect the doors will be closed very soon. Good luck

Had the best time at Hooters! 🫶 My girl Vriza took such good care of us- best service, sweetest vibes, and she made the night so much fun. Definitely ask for her if you go!! 🤍

jacqueline took over 10 minutes to greet us, we didn’t get waters for another 5+ minutes and our bar drinks sat at the service well for 10 minutes before a different server brought them over. it was not busy and there were not that many tables in this section. terrible service from jacqueline

Place simply sucks! Nasty bloody mary, cold food and gave us plastic wear instead of a regular metal fork and knife. Bartender left the bar unattended for a very long time. The wings had cold sauce smothered all over them along with the shrimp. Never again

It was 2:00 and slow, after we got sat down we waited for every bit of 15 minutes and after nobody came up to us we left. There might have been 10 other patrons there.

The smoked wings were very dry and overcooked, the menus were filthy, their music is stupid loud and the bass speakers are busted so it's sounds like somebody is back there slapping flip flops on the kitchen floor. Also, I asked for my shots to be shaken and neither time did the bartender do it.. Service was ok.
