Always great tea and ice and such friendly and prompt service..

Don't appreciate seeing employees inside cleaning up when the sign says they don't close until 8pm, its 6:22pm. If it's an understaffing issue then say so. Put a sign out and shut the outside lights off outside.

Almost 8:20AM and the drive thru is blocked and the door is still locked. Wasted drive.

I love HTeaO and this one is very efficient, fast and friendly.

Service needs to be improved especially during lunch time. Long line goes super slow. Spent 8 minutes in line for a large tea. Only 1 drink to make yet I had to still wait at window. Learned my lesson and will not be going back to this location during my lunch hour. Still love the tea though.

Very clean inside and very nice people!! Tea was tasty and flavorful. Always gets the job done. Will definitely be coming here instead of the one in midland.

The people who work inside are always so sweet but the people who work the drive through are super rude and disrespectful! Not a fan of the attitudes !

It's nice that you can earn points toward free drinks, and you can also buy sachets to make it home. I bought some to take back to New York, but I wish they had more flavors available.. especially raspberry and chai!
I have purchased these before on Amazon since I don't have access to them at home.
Some of the fantastic combinations are Ryan Palmer with strawberry passion fruit. Also watermelon and coconut. Raspberry and blueberry. I am not a fan of the Georgia peach personally.

Always a great experience. So thankful to have one in West Odessa. My Favorite Tea for Sure. Staff is friendly, store is so clean and fully stocked.

Oh how wonderful the staff is the young red headed lady I think her name is roxie was an absolute delight when I got there around 1 pm on the 20th they were very busy but she was very friendly always had a smile on her face when I got to the register she politely greeted me and was helpful with a couple questions I had and was speedy on getting my order rang up.. I would definitely recommend to anyone driving thru odessa to stop in ill go back for sure

Cool name but "TeaHO" ,is cooler.

I had placed an order for mini gallons a week ago and when I called to verify my order the lady on the phone said we are now out of mini gallons so you need to order somewhere else and then proceeded to hang up on me before I could respond.
