Maybe I am just poor but I feel the tea is overpriced. It's just tea, like the cheapest thing on the planet. Don't know how this place has expanded like it has.

I have been going to this location for a long time and never had and issue everything was great. I do not know what has been going the past few months but every time I go and ask for a gallon or 2 of tea my waiting time has been up to 20 minutes. This last time I had to leave without my order because they took so long and I couldn’t wait more due to a personal situation, I was waiting for more than 15 minutes for sure.

Well I first I wasn't going to write a review but since I don't get my points from yesterday and my number was asked for and still didn't get my points.. and two days ago I was in the drive thru and didn't even get to give my number so I could get my points.. some of y'all's employees need to get there issues fixed.. messing people around on there reward points IS NOT COOL. I'm in there every other day.. not cool.

This place is amazing! Great service and always polite. Great drinks! I always get a great recommendation on what flavors to mix from a great mixologist named Aiden. Kid should get a raise for the knowledge he brings to the customers.
The staff at the Kermit Hwy location are always courteous and helpful. They run the location efficiently. The store is always spotless. The teas are always fresh and the flavor varieties are amazing .
