Bad experience. The location on Kermit Hwy can never give you your rewards points. Their system is always down. How convenient. So no points for anyone anytime there. What a rip off. Over $4 a cup and they still find a way to rip you off more.

Out of every location I’ve been to this is the absolute slowest and rudest I was rushed on my order as if two teas was too much but took 15 minutes to have ready might as well drive across town for better service if I have to wait that long!

I will start by saying that i have been a customer of Htea0 since only midland had a store, i drink it every day and i visit one of the odessa stores atleast three times a week. I am lucky enough to live on the east side of odessa and that allows me to visit usually only the east side two stores. Eight times out of ten the experience at the two east side stores is pleasent and the tea tastes good. UNFORTUNATLY every now and again i find my self on the west side of odessa. Dredful place and the west side Htea0 fits right in. Every time i have visited the west side store i get nothing but bad attitude from the employees. It truly feels like im a jerk for bothering them. How dare i expect these teenagers to take their attention away from their phones for even an instant. Truly sad. I know that every store is independatly owned so I only hold this store accountable. Terrible service...if you can call it service.
