Out of every location I’ve been to this is the absolute slowest and rudest I was rushed on my order as if two teas was too much but took 15 minutes to have ready might as well drive across town for better service if I have to wait that long!

I will start by saying that i have been a customer of Htea0 since only midland had a store, i drink it every day and i visit one of the odessa stores atleast three times a week. I am lucky enough to live on the east side of odessa and that allows me to visit usually only the east side two stores. Eight times out of ten the experience at the two east side stores is pleasent and the tea tastes good. UNFORTUNATLY every now and again i find my self on the west side of odessa. Dredful place and the west side Htea0 fits right in. Every time i have visited the west side store i get nothing but bad attitude from the employees. It truly feels like im a jerk for bothering them. How dare i expect these teenagers to take their attention away from their phones for even an instant. Truly sad. I know that every store is independatly owned so I only hold this store accountable. Terrible service...if you can call it service.

Was suppose to get an unsweetened tea. When I trued it it was sweet tea. Drove back to store and explained that it was sweet tea. Lady took it to the back, brought it back out, same cup and lid and said it was unsweetened. I tried it and it was still sweet tea. They argued that it was unsweetened. Will never go to this store again. Might not buy from HTEAO again

I stopped by just to get away from work and to get something other than a pop from a gas station. The tea I got was so good and cold already. The snack options were not to bad too. I think I will go again here in a few minutes.

Pretty pointless to have a water machine outside that never works . Almost seems purposely “out of order” or “cash only” so often idk maybe demands aren’t being met? This location is so new that this shouldn’t be an issue !? Is it this location only that has issues ? Maybe I need to go see for myself but how inconvenient…
