Takes forever just to get a Tea if you go thru the drive thru. Not sure why it takes soo long just for a drink.

Literally the worst management ever. She’s super rude and couldn’t just fix my order for me on Christmas Eve because they messed up my order and then closed right after. I get it you wanna be home with your family on Christmas Eve but all the machines were still running and it was their mistake that they messed up my order. This is why they say be kind during the holidays because even small things like this can ruin someones Christmas Eve. They also stopped serving gallons and the employee who served me said simply because the manager “told her to stop”. Which tells me they still had gallons on hand but she didn’t want to have to make any. I left the store feeling pretty upset. I spend MORE THEN enough money a week here that I feel like I deserve my order fixed for me on Christmas Eve after getting told I can’t buy a gallon. All it was, was a splash of peach ginger in my tea I would have even payed if needed. I will in all my power find somewhere else to take my business after this. MERRY CHRISTMAS BTW.
Ask for peach cobbler gallon but only got a large cup. Got home, and the tea was just cinnamon and water. I told the employee I asked for a gallon, and her response was not doing gallons, then shut the window and walked away

I don't know really what to say... The tea speaks for itself. My favorite is the coconut and watermelon. When I'm having a bad day it's kind of been my comfort. I also like that you can earn drips for rewards.
