The boneless wings had a heavy thick coating that was hard as a rock and the French fries we way over salted. I won’t be wasting my money here again.

$57 dollars waisted because they sent us boneless wings instead of bone in wings . Get it together i ordered the 2hrs in advance from door dash . Not one person will answer the phone for a refund 🙄 😒

I got a large order of bone-in wings with two different sauces. The wings tasted terrible. They were overcooked to where the meat was almost crunchy. There was almost no sauce at all on the wings. The meal was just not edible. I feel like I wasted money on a meal by eating two wings and throwing the rest out. I did use DoorDash for delivery, and that part was fine.

Driving in from out of town stopped at mall and looking for something good eat. We were very disappointed I had to ask about my order twice because of the length of time they took to give us our order and we were the only customers there. When we received our order the wings were burn or over cooked! Very dark and a bit sour. We could tell they were fried on old or over used oil! I complained about our order and the owner said that's the way they make them and that people love their wings! I should of taken a picture of them! They were extremely greasy. Not worth what we paid for because we had to throw them away.

Food is typically under cooked or done incorrectly. Sodas are watered down to the max and fries are ok but sometimes aren’t seasoned at all

I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

We ordered last night and not only were we shorted wings but the taste was awful. We’re so used to having a good experience at Chili’s, the restaurant these guys work out of we thought the taste would be okay. We were so wrong. We got Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan, and the taste was so off. Not totally inedible, but we had ordered saucy nuggets at Wendy’s last week and those were better taste wise for the sauces in comparison. Disappointed and wouldn’t try again.

ordered a 32 piece and were not disappointed! got Nashville hot and santa fe. Nashville wasn't very hot but still tasty. wings were great size and cooked perfectly. so juicy. fries also good. just needed a tad more seasoning. 8 out of 10 will order again!
