The employee working at the window was extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and had a noticeably rude attitude. When we explained that items were missing from our order, he spoke to us in a condescending way and acted as if we were the ones at fault. Our order was missing fries, two orders of tiny tacos, and taco sauce. Instead of helping, he became argumentative, and we ultimately left because we were exhausted from the constant disrespect and unwillingness to resolve the issue.

It honestly was pretty bad, they were shorthanded, everyone except the one employee that came it to help was in a good mood trying to explain to people what was going on, was straight up rude and telling people to eat at home. The food was cold. Was missing 4 piece nuggets, and the 4 piece Nashville hot cheese sticks, which were WAY over seasoned. The only positive was the employee that walked in with the hairnet and went right to work, unless changes are made probably wont be back

Went through the drive through. Ordered no drinks but root beer. Have three drinks with NO drink holders…. Lady at window needs a better attitude…. I won’t be coming back to this location

Love Jack in the box but where do y’all hire these people. Went through the drive thru to order food and the speaker is always sooooo quiet! Then when they ask what you’d like you tell them what you want and then they ask you again what you wanted… anyways I asked for purple Powerade cause they don’t seem to know what grape Powerade is an the lady tells me that they don’t have purple but they have blue. So I say fine I’ll take blue a when I get my order she gives me a soda… idk why but I hate coming to this location. Workers are always yapping an not paying attention to customers…

Was having a good day until I showed up to get a quick snack. Was waiting at the menu board for more than ten minutes when the restaurant was completely empty. When I got to the window the girl with black hair made me wait more time because she wanted to complain about her hours and her manager. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. This needs to be fixed

Since I have been in the Midland/Odessa area I have been coming back to back to this restaurant for the past 3 days. I think this is my favorite place. I noticed they spend a lot of love when cooking their food because it is absolutely delicious. I've noticed that sometimes the people in the drive-thru have to wait a while but the food tastes like it was made from scratch.

Jack in the box never has curly fries. Like ever I have to drive to the one like 3 miles further from where I am just to get them. Every other Jack in the box midland Odessa etc always has them but they always tell me they don’t. Also they almost always forget a item
