Good ol down home BBQ. Service is always great and the food is excellent! I always love looking at the memorabilia in the restaurant also. Always run into people i know in there as well.

Now this place is a rip off, steer clear. Not only are they over charging, idk why I'm paying 18 dollars for a single meat plate, but whatever. If I'm paying 18 dollars in total for some food, I expect it to be quality. The meat is okay, the sauce is good, but the sides are awful, small, and not worth the price. When I asked for regular bread, I threw two slices of low quality white bread in a zip lock bag on my plate.

Don't give these people your money, they are purposely over charging and cheaping out. I can guarantee there's not much overhead cost, and the meat cooks itself in a smoker.

Went in for our taco Tuesday! Lots of food for a small price. The stuff bacon wrapped brisket poppers are a must get! Everyone there is really polite and they even remembered us from before. Gotta try the potato salad one of my favorites. Sliced brisket was juicy with a nice smoke flavor. My favorite though are the hot links. Not gonna lie the first time we tried taco Tuesday I was a little skeptical for a BBQ joint, but I am so glad they proved me wrong. Definitely, one of our favorite spots in Odessa!

Place was to crowded. I just want to get some Good food, but it was to crowded and couldn't get around to get food or get out. Some of the customer's where very rude. I say excuse me, they wouldn't listen, I finally said can you please move!! So I can go home. I don't think I will ever go back.

Such kind and friendly staff, pleased.to help and made recommendations that suited us perfectly. I believe every restaurant needs service and employees like them. Loved the food (had a brisket grilled cheese and mac n cheese), atmosphere, nostalgic and clean.
Such a wonderful experience. Wish we had Jack Jordan's in Oklahoma.

Amazing food

Decided to try bbq here. And it was extremely unpleasant. I didn’t expect what I got, especially for the price I paid for which was the small meal deal. The brisket was bland, no smoke ring, and no seasoning. Tasted as it was boiled. Mac and cheese was bland as well. We even got a peach cobbler which was decent but mostly breading. Very disappointed.

Haven't been in years. My wife has lived here all her life but had never been. I told her it was the best BBQ in odessa. The food was ok but nowhere near as good as I remember, staff was amazing. The cobbler was the only thing that still tasted the same as it did years ago. Don't think I'll go back for the food food, but I definitely will be back for the cobbler!

I ordered three plates to go. One 1 meat and two 2 meats plates. The brisket was so hard and lots of marbled fat you couldn't cut it or chew it. It was the end of the brisket which is usually discarded. Called and told them how disappointed I was and how horrible the meat was and young kid hung up on me. I won't recommend Jack Jordan to anyone. At work we try to recommend different places but it won't be one I put in ask for a bid on. I'm disappointed and hope they do better.

Vegetarian options: Vegetarian can't eat at establishment. Pork in all the vegetables.

Dietary restrictions: Pork cooked in all the vegetables so vegetarian can't eat at establishment or someone who doesn't eat pork can't have the vegetables. The vegetables were good for those of us who eat pork.

Horrible. No flavor brisket. Not even a smoke ring on the brisket. I'm certain the brisket was cooked in an oven. It's terrible in an economy like today you splurge for a nice meal and they just throw it on a plate take your money and watch you walk out the door. There's no pride and accountability in making sure you produce flavorful and beautiful food. I feel violated and out of $60 bucks.

I got a brisket with smoke turkey. And potato ? salad . It was reasonably price and very pleasant atmosphere.
