I ordered menudo to go Got home to sit down and eat an noticed they gave me nothing but pansa so I went back to get homney and more bread because they only give you one slice for a 32oz And she made me pay for it an I asked if at least can I have that since I had went all the way home and had to go all they way back and she looked at me stupid an still rang me up Very poor customer service and rude !!!! And food was not tasty to be goin through all that If it were good than I wouldn’t have mind but it was disgusting no flavor No fixings either

Unfortunately, this is not the best I have had. When we got here we were seated, ordered our drinks and food. We ordered tea and when it was time for refills they said they had no more tea. I'm like ok but then we are eating and the staff start putting up the chairs around us. Now mind you there is still a good hour till closing and the waitress after we paid our bill was like. Thank you goodbye haha I know if it was my business I would want to know.

I hate to do this , but truth is the breakfast huevos rancheros looks so poor, very tomatoeeee seems like they got ragu sauce ans poured it on top and these potato don’t look like Mexican to me. Disappointing!

I am leaving this review because I have read many reviews like the experience I have had many times! I wanted to let everyone know that yes the waitresses do overcharge. And they do add gratuity when they want to. But the way to get around this I have found out is to order online as a pick up. I use Uber eats. The prices are the same as the menu and you don’t have to deal with the overcharging. When you do go to pick up your food, you will have to wait because it will never be ready on time. Please take my advice and when you order from this place do a pick up order and pay for it online. So you will not get ripped off by this restaurant. Food is pretty good. I stick to what I know. 😊

Menudo tasted like mint, very strange flavor. This place was a favorite but last few times something is off, the meal, the service. Last time I enjoyed it was over a year ago. Not going back, there is always an issue

Calling in an order is pointless because when you arrive it takes atleast 15-20mins to get your food. Every time I have called in an order no matter what time of day and no matter if I've given them 30mins since I had called or 15 or 10, when I get there the order is never ready. Not only that but I ordered a plate. I repeated this twice over the phone and again when I came to pick up the food, they gave me 2 burritos instead of the 2 burrito plate. I asked for a side of extra salsa, they forgot that as well. Just no attention to detail whatsoever! My lunch break was wasted waiting on the food I called in.
