It was 3:00, 6 tables were dirty, not a single worker cleaning anything. 5 tables were taken including ours. One table that was eating had 2 dirty tables on both sides of them, disgusting.

I am a regular here. One of the employees in the line grabbed from the line and started eating what looked like a strawberry. She then licked her fingers while wearing the gloves and never changed them. She then proceeded to handle my food. She was also coughing into the gloves and touching around her mouth. When I went and notified two other employees she acted like she didn’t know what they were talking about. I asked them to tell her to change her gloves. Her and another employee kept glaring at me after that and she continued coughing into the gloves. I couldn’t even eat my food I was so disgusted. Please teach your employees to change gloves if they touch in or around their mouths or cough into their gloves. My date of visit was 10/11/24 at 5:48 pm.

Never disappointed!! The Reubens are the best I’ve ever had. There is always someone there to take your order. The salad bar is immaculate and has a great selection to choose from.

I’m a huge fan of Jason’s Deli, but I am an even bigger fan of surprises!
Keep in mind; the service and atmosphere were still great. It’s the food that just barely backfired for the first time out of my experiences. The server recommended me the Texas Spud. I could not eat the entire potato because the skin was too tough. It might have been baked hours ago. Not a fresh potato, unfortunately, but everything else in Jason’s Deli was fine or better.

Food is now half the size. Price is raised. And don’t even think that you will get a fork or a spoon to use to eat with. Not impressed at all. Waste of money. I used to love this place. Not everyone that lives here makes oilfield wages.

Chips had so much salt on them I couldn't eat them. The Irish soup had no flavor at all and the Reuben sandwich came without dressing so the sandwich was dry. The only good thing was the service.

Literally never get my online order right. It's like y'all can't read English or something. I put no onions every time and what do y'all do LOAD IT UP I love this place but why do I waste my time with an online order if y'all just can't get it right
