Order took nearly an hour to arrive, and there are no GPS updates so who knows where my food was the whole time. I think next time I'll just order somewhere else so I can get my food "fast" because this wasn't freaky fast.

Was at the store Sunday at 2030 and was told I couldn’t order a giant sandwich because they close in 30 minutes but I saw they had 10 whole loaves left. ????Another time I was waiting for the dude to make my sandwich and a chick came in and he stopped mine and made hers but she didn’t even pay. ?????I’m tired of that, I guess I’ll just go to subway closer to the house.

I ordered my food over an hour ago. So much for freaky fast. I gave y’all another shot after last week but since this is a trend I will no longer be ordering from Jimmy Johns. It’s unfortunate cause I love the food but the lack of service and speed is killing me. RIP to what I thought was a good chain. Also don’t know why I tip 25% for this type of experience. Wish I could ask for a refund in app….

I ordered our sandwiches and it’s been over an hour now.I called and was told, ”I just got here and I don’t have an order by that name so I’m assuming it’s out for delivery.”That’s fine but I got a notice it went out at 1:50 and it’s 2:40 now so about an hour to deliver ….They’ve really been going down hill lately on the delivery side and the customer service just to find out where my order is. I shouldn’t have to ask you to call your driver after an hour to see where my food is.

Every employee acts like they are high on weed and isn't mentally present. All 3 of our sandwiches were built wrong and were missing ingredients. We asked for 3 water cups, we were given 3 water cups, but they charged us for 3 bottles of water and couldn't figure out how to refund us. Every open table in the restaurant was dirty.

Went to order at starbucks , and the female employee was smoking a cigarette in the building with the door cracked open.it was so disgusting to think about so i called the store and she said no manager is as available.

What’s the point of curbside pickup if the staff refuse to bring it out 3 seperate times I have ordered and requested curbside and all 3 times I have to come in after checking in and. It’s sitting on the shelf waiting for me to come in and get it. At least take the option away

Came in a few months back and the store just felt... off. Low energy, workers barely said hi, no music was playing, just felt weird. Tried to call in an order tonight after the app wouldn't let me place an order, and no one picked up the phone despite several calls. Seems that the customer service has gone downhill a bit. Hopeful it will come back however.

Took one hour to deliver… supposedly the first driver’s truck broke down… was out for delivery for about 45 minutes, when handed the bag, could feel moisture on the bottom… the ranch containers had came apart… I live one mile from store… I am temporarily unable to walk, or I would have gone to firehouse … a sandwich for over twenty bucks… not worth this kind of inconsiderate “convenience “Update… the sauce on the sandwich made the bread wet… total waste…one hour is too long for this sandwich to survive… threw it away
