Overall i had an amazing first experience. The food was phenomenal although our server valerie we had some issues with. She checked on us ONLY once and that was prior to receiving our food but checked on all of the other tables around us multiple times. We did ask for extra napkins and in doing so she turned away from us and just said “napkins uh-huh” and ended up having to ask another server in order to get some. We will be back but will not be sitting in that servers area...

Visiting Odessa and looking for an early breakfast when I came across Jimmy’s Egg which opens at 6a.
Nice location, plenty of parking and a comfortable, clean and very nicely decorated dining area. Plenty of seating in booths, tables or at the counter. This is definitely a “locals” hangout. Everything is clean and organized, and you can see right into the kitchen.
The dining room walls are decorated with Texas themed art and slogans....
