My experience today was pathetic. Spent $45 on garbage. Ordered 2 stew meat nachos, expressly said no jalapeños 3 times. Got home, both orders had jalapeños and virtually no cheese. Paid for a lg sweet tea and had to wait for tea to be made, was assured that it was sweet. Found out it was not. Called and spoke to Victoria who offered to remake the nachos. Spent another $12 on uber to get there only to receive the same garbage excuse for nachos I've ever seen. $57 dollars on a meal I ate and drank nothing from. Hands down the worst jumburrito in midland/odessa. Pics are first and second order of dry, no queso nachos.

We made an order online. I’m only making this review on my experience. The burrito I order tasted very bland. They forgot some items I wanted in my burrito. Overall it didn’t taste good. The location has their restrooms in the back of the restaurant as in you have exit out of the main eating area and walk around to the back where the drive thru menu is located. I don’t know if that’s a layout they preferred but very odd in my mind.

Overpriced, staff does not listen. I requested mild sauce 2 times, and they gave me hot. The food is decent, but not at the prices they sell it for. My recommendation is to go to La Burria when you can catch them open. Their burritos are bigger for about the same price. The sauce is, I think, made fresh. They have a better selection to choose from as well.
This is my favorite JumBurrito location to go to. The staff is awesome, the location is clean, and I always get great food. It is worth the drive to go to this location.

Today I wanted to try something different but I was unsure if y'all offered different plate combos . So I simply asked a question.. and I got spoken to very rudely. That was uncalled for and very poor customer service.. i will not be back at that location for sure...
