Do not eat here. You will get frustrated bc they will not get your order right. Especially if you walk in you won’t get service at the front counter, you gotta yell at them in the back for somebody to come up and take your order. They stare at you like you not supposed to be in there instead of having decent customer service. DO NOT EAT HERE

Do not go here by far the worst KFC in Texas. This place is a joke. Please fire everyone from top down if you want it to be successful. I have gone there for the last time. Look at the reviews... Really does corporate not care? West Texas fast food restaurants have over payed employees that do as little as possible to keep a job. I still blame it on corporate for not fixing issues. I can eat at a restaurant for the same price.

my friend spent $28 online and went to pick it up and they said "we aren't accepting online orders" and did not give a refund or the food. after asking for a refund over and over again they said they could give a gift card and that's it.

I ordered a 16 piece chicken and all they gave me is thighs and legs. I paid 50.00 dollars for this and I didn't get any breast. I tried calling kfc and no one will answer the phone. I'm done with Kfc.

Is it just KFC in this town? Chicken Express, Bush's Chicken, Popeye's -- never a problem. But this place - both locations really - it's never a good experience. The atmosphere is depressing. This was going to be a dine- in but by the time we got our food, we just left.

I work the graveyard shift and I was craving KFC. I went and got the 4 piece tender combo and it was delicious! Everything was fresh and my order was perfect! The employees were very polite and friendly.

Today my husband I decided to stop at KFC after he got off work from his 12 hour shift at 10:20pm right before they closed, we waited for 15 minutes and as we were waiting there was a trash boy. I understand it was closing time so I didn’t mind waiting but after the man went back inside we waited another 5-10 minutes, I decided to say something again on the speaker but nothing so we drove off. As we were driving off through the drive through we saw two OTHER workers smoking a cigarette together. INSANE, I remember when we paid to work and not sit on our butts. looks like those three people need to find another job or maybe it’s not surprising they’re working at KFC at their grown ages. My husband does so much for this city and the least he deserves is a good meal. GOD HEAL THIS COUNTRY.
