“Love the service every time I go theres good people great service over all the pizza is right on spot. Dont mind waiting a few minutes for a pizza, its worth the wait.... I think its the best location from the other two in town! ?? Thanks guys!!“
“I love this Little Caesars. They always have what I want and need. If I custom order something I never have to wait long and their pizzas look much more appetizing than the ones on the west side. Plus they have much nicer employees. They are always so helpful especially that Jimmy he always asks if I need help. Keep up the good work.“
“Only complaint I have is that pizza needed to get cut again at home, but not a common experience.
I read the reviews and common frustration is the drive thru wait time. Drive thru is meant to pick up a pizza, not to place an order. Yes, little caesars is known to have some hotnready pizzas for fast service but im sure theres a lot of demand in west odessa since there are only 2 pizza chains and limited dining options for such a large county area. The people ordering a pizza at the window slow down the others who ordered ahead of time. Dominos right next door has a drive thru too and it does not have this issue because people know to pickup, not order at the window. This is something management should post on drive thru lane to educate the consumer so everyone benefits.
I haven't experienced bad service, so I can't speak on it except in general terms: Poor customer service can be fixed easily by management if it is rampant. All it takes is a manager to be present and delegating efficiently if that's the case or shadow the county rd location since reviewers claim to prefer that location for their service.“
“Just what you should expect from a decent Little Ceasars. When I'm giving stars, at least in this situation, I'm judging on expectation vs. reality and cost vs. portion and taste. So 3 stars is kind of my way of saying this net my expectations, and I was satisfied with no issues. I've been several times, and the "hot 'n ready" pizzas are always hot... and ready lol, even during the evening rush. That may sound ridiculous, but I travel for work, so I've been to many locations across the country where they are always out of pepperoni pizzas and it may take 20+ minutes and your hot n ready turns into a "cold 'n waiting."“
