highly disappointed this time around… we eat here all the time because it’s so close, but this time something was off and i don’t know if it was undercooked or what, but the pizza made me, my wife, and our son sick as dogs. i hope they figure it out.

Good evening, I wanted to share my recent experience at your store. Upon entering, I asked the woman what items were hot and ready. She informed me that there were three different types of pizza available. I requested all three, but instead of promptly receiving them, she moved aside and I ended up waiting for another 20 minutes. During this time, I was told not to get an attitude despite patiently waiting for food that was supposed to be hot and ready. Additionally, the woman was heard screaming at other customers, which was quite unsettling. When the manager came out, she was equally rude and belligerent, raising her voice at customers. The environment was very loud and noticeably dirty, and it seemed like even the employees were not maintaining a professional appearance. I strongly feel that the staff and management should prioritize both cleanliness and respectful treatment of their customers to improve the overall experience.

The cashier did not understand the words 3 wings and a pepperoni pizza and a cheese pizza they charged me for the wings $24I thought they were charging me for the interior order. The hammer the wings Asked about the pizza that you charge me for the pizza $41 Try to explain what they did they didn’t know no English. I ask for both receipts again, no English.

Well, first of all let me start off by saying that they use door dash to deliver their pizzas and you will have issues and they will not help at all. Our experience in short: we ordered a $20 pizza, they took 30 minutes, a door dasher who doesn’t speak English picked up waited for a pizza we already verified was ready, then the circus show begins. The dasher finally gets the pizza out and we never get it. 2 and a half hours later and im on the phone with a manager who tells me “when you choose to use door dash” excuse me CHOOSE? Ha. I ask them to remake the pizza & I will just pick it up and the refuse unless get this... I track down the order and verify where it went. I’m beside myself at this point. I cancel the order get a refund and got Pho in 10 minutes. I hate door dash and will never support another business that uses them as their delivery service! Poor handling on the managers part though. We literally dealt with this for 3 hours and the circus show was that 2 other dashers who didnt speak English also showed up and called us, spoke in another language, and then hung up. There was no flow of communication so what should have been at my house in 30 minutes was a 3 hour ordeal with no resolve in sight. But refusing to remake the order until I track down a pizza that I didn’t lose is insanity. Never coming here again.
