I love every other Logan’s roadhouse I’ve ever been to. Except this one. Unfortunately we waited for 45 mins to get seated. And that’s okay, it’s a Sunday after church. To be expected. It only got worse though when we’re seated at our table. No waitress had been assigned to us and we sat at our table and were the only ones in the section next to the bar. My mom went to the bar and asked for three waters and the female bartender was more than unwilling. After, my mom and my sister both asked someone who our server was, they proceeded to argue amongst themselves on the other side of the bar. When the server did come she had an ugly attitude and said that we aren’t her table but she would take us. Then asked us where we got the water and said “oh that’s probably why”. After finally getting our order taken and receiving bread after 30 mins, my mom received her salad but we still had no silverware. We sat for another 5 mins then told the busser and the hostess we were leaving.

The server I had was good but the manager tried telling me a 16 oz ribeye was supposed to be bigger than a 40$ 22 oz porterhouse steak... like no ma'am, that was a T-bone at best. If I'm spending 40$ on a porterhouse than it should be what I ordered. I also asked for medium rare and it was more medium well... I'm from Texas, I know the difference.? I try not to be too much of a critic if restaurants are busy, but it was slow....sooo no excuse. Plus the men's bathroom drain backed up and made a huge puddle of sewage in the middle which wouldn't of been as big of a deal if they wouldn't of been talking about it all loudly in front of us....they should take care of things discreetly....

We come here at least once a week. Sam gives great service and is always making sure we have what we need. The atmosphere is nice relaxing and the drinks keep flowing. Prices are resonable, staff friendly, and a pleasure to visit

Out of 6 meals, 3 were steaks. All 3 were way overcooked and were sent back immediately sides and all. We waited over an hour a half in a restaurant that wasn't even half packed. The manager proceeded to argue with not only us but our server over taking the meals off our ticket. We didn't want to wait for replacement meals. Took the other 3 meals to go, went home, and cooked hamburgers. I really hope they get things in order over there soon.

Ribs were terrible, bathrooms were filthy. Used to really like the ribs. NEVER again.

Not impressed. I wondered why the parking lot was empty on Father's Day and all of the other parking lots were full..... The rolls were hard. Apparently they had been burned or over baked, yet they still served them. I ordered a sirloin and asked for broccoli but with no butter (medical diet) and was told that it comes in a bag with butter. I found this odd as every other steakhouse has been able to accommodate my request, so I had to choose fries and a salad. The sirloin was fine, just very seasoned, and my husband's ribeye he said had an aftertaste as if something was on the grill when they cooked it. There are plenty of other options for steakhouses, so we won't be back.
Dietary restrictions: They are not able to meet certain dietary restrictions. I needed dairy free options and they could not give me vegetables with no butter.

We had lounch here today and I love the place and the food was delicious ?.I just recommend put less pepper in the chicken soup for kids , I ordered mine for my toddler but was too strong for her .I wasn’t a problem because she ate mac and cheese, pilaf rice , steak and fries .But will be great if they have that option because soup is always a good option to give to baby and toddlers .Other than that the food was great and polite service .We will came back.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to eat or even work at this location. The manager Megan is very rude and disrespectful. She also works employees and refuse to pay them for there hours.

These people told the manager that were were staring at them. They kept giving us rude looks. And the manager told us to stop staring and the manager didn’t say anything back to them. I explained what happened and the manager was being rude to my special needs little brother for getting up to use the bathroom. He can’t control his bladder. Therefor horrible staff. Food was cold and terrible food. Gone downhill so much

Service is horrible, we waited forever to even have someone come by our table once seated, got our drinks my tea was so cloudy and tasted horrible, twice my salad was returned because it was dirty with black all over it, took forever to get our food and when we did steaks were grey no flavor and cold. Then we asked for loaded bake didn’t get but a plain potato had to tell her again it was loaded.. it was horrible service for $70 bucks two people!

Disappointed. My filet did not have a full sear on all sides and did not have the parm crust I ordered and paid for. Mashed potatoes had some stringy plastic bits? No clue what they are. Definitely lost my appetite.

It was okay. We had large table of people. Only half got appetizers before their food and some never did. Two hours and they told us we didn't know what we ordered. Only one person serving us. So he was screwed from the start. Only got one refill that we had to go ask the manager for. My food was decent but I ordered a medium steak and got bloody rare. Rice was overcooked. Like I said, okay but that was first time there. Will be last

Got coffee but they were out of real sugar, the waitress pretty much set my coffee down hard and fast it was cold before she came back for me to ask her for sugar then she grunted and came back with sweetener not sugar as I asked for when she finally had time to tell me they had no real sugar. I said I only drink coffee with real sugar..she made it clear I still had to pay for coffee. My steak was medium rare I ordered it well doneBy this time 2 hours went buy. I paid for it and were home to cook it. Is there any place any more that has good service???
