Whenever I order from this location, it's always through DoorDash and when I'm at work. I don't work far away, but the food is always piping hot and fresh when it arrives. I always get the 3 Chicken 2 Fish meal. They never skip out on giving me large portions, which makes for great leftovers. I love ordering from here!

I went to have lunch with my mom and placed our order after getting our order i had an issue cause my order came qitb 5 pieces of fries I asked if I could get more fries with my order at which the cook in a rude way said thats what comes with your order so to not argue with her I just ordered a small fry won't be coming back to this facility
Let me start off by saying that I am a long time big fan of a Long John Silver's. My experience today muted my enthusiasm for the brand. I ordered online which was fine. I arrived to the restaurant in the Drive-Thru and was told to pull forward which, no problems there yet. I looked in my bag and saw there were no sauces. I had not been asked if I wanted any sauces. I asked for sauces and was given what I asked for. I drove away and realized I had no napkins in the bag. When I open the box to eat my food I saw a smallest pieces of chicken that I have ever seen from any Long John Silver's. I was disappointed. I ate my meal and it tasted just fine. What soured my experience was: no napkins, no sauce, no asking me if I wanted sauce, poor value for the price and a seemingly general lack of regard for the customer dampened my experience. I don't know if I will ever return to this location. There is a different location that's further away from me but I'll give that one a try.

The experience here is terrible went in to ask a question and while there’s a line there’s a girl In back crying and all the employees are to busy hugging when they could be helping then got food thru the drive Thur and gave a hundred and the girl asked with an attitude a demanded I give a smaller bill not to mention how none of the cooks were wearing gloves and the food was just as nasty as their attitudes

Really bad experience. I thought after they remodeled the food would be decent but nope, got fish and it was cold on the inside mushy on the outside. Manager says there’s nothing wrong with and was hesitant about giving me a refund definitely won’t be going back!
