Inside of building is not bad. I miss the old interior of the LJS. The fish were on the small side. The hushpuppies did taste off for some reason. The waffle fries I could not even finish. They were dry and hard with some sort of seasoning that was really not that good. Service was good with no issues.

I had a terrible experience at Long John Silver’s. For a newly opened location, it’s definitely not living up to expectations. The food was old, stale, and just downright awful. And the chicken looked more like chicken nuggets. We didn’t even get the hush puppies we were supposed to receive. I paid nearly $40 for a meal that was completely disappointing. Definitely will not be returning, and I’d love a refund for such a bad experience.

Finally got to check out the remodeled Long John Silvers today. (3/16/24) We only went through the drive-through, and despite there being a long line, we were able to get in and out within about 10 min or so. The food tasted great. It was a nostalgic feeling. ✨️

I came back after the new face lift, and thank you for getting rid of the old infested building and staff and food and service. Holy mother of God, I love it again . The new look , staff, and the freshly made fish is back again. God Bless America and God Bless You. Amen🙏🏻

Ordered online, when delivered it looked like the food was just thrown in the boxes. Ordered a shrimp and fish platter and got 3 shrimp instead of 6 and over 6 hushpuppies and didn't get our drinks at all.

The newly rebuilt Long John SIlvers open a few days ago and I was eagerly awaiting it. Today I got to try it. I wish I had better news, but my experience was less than pleasant. The new design of the building is ok. It lacks the fisherman's wharf esthetic that it used to have, but fast food isn't really about ambience. But it still was jarring watching the new building go up. But I accepted the change weeks ago. The staff was friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, they were out of large cups so my order could not be filled as I ordered it. It happens. But the food is where my tolerance ends. I ordered the #2 and the chicken was pretty small compared to what it used to be. Still tasted good, but was very shocked to see how small the portions had become. Was surprised to see waffle fries. I guess this change took place while the location was shut down and being rebuilt. I normally wouldn't be bothered by waffle fries, but the old fries were very tasty and the ones I got today were tough and anything but tasty. The hushpuppies were good. Very disappointed in the new store. Side note: It was always a challenge getting in and out of the parking lot and now that they alley has been blocked off, it's even more difficult and dangerous.
