“The band I think was called The Rick Carr Band, was here when we went and they were insanely good! The inside of the bar is pretty old and somewhat ran down. I believe it's the oldest bar in Odessa though, so be expected. The service was good too, but that band was really good!“

“I absolutely loved the escape lounge. Not only was there a dance floor that was appealing. There was a great DJ that played some awesome music oldies and new.“

“I enjoyed this place and will be back. Didn't have any food, but maybe I'll try some next time. The only reason it's 4 stars and not 5 is because they allow smoking. Build a smoking patio for the smokers and don't force the 89% of the population to breathe secondhand smoke. Your business would increase because the non-smokers would want to come there, and you would still accommodate the smokers by having a place for them to smoke.“

“I have been staying at travelodge 3-4 nights per week since December 2021. In my opinion Travelodge is the best kept secret in Odessa with regards to motels. Travelodge is not a brand new facility but the rooms are always clean. The entire staff ( front desk, house keeping, maintenance) are always friendly, professional and helpful. I always look forward to my stays at Travelodge when work brings me to Odessa, Travelodge will continue to get me business in 2023.“

“Had a drink at the agave bar. Didn’t catch the bartenders name but it’s just me at 9pm on a thurseday. It is just me and the bartender. I talked with him a bit at the beginning about the background of the place but nothing specific. I have to add that this place smells like hollister at the mall , which isn’t a bad thing. A persistent smell of cologne clouds the room, which is a welcome change over the thick tobacco filled smoke a regular bar. I will admit it is just me and him at the bar, but as someone in the service industry I have attest to the atmosphere of the bar and its surroundings. This bar is right next to a college close it the next school is year where some of the bars clientele may not be present. I cannot say this bar is a must visit with an great staff and an equivalent customer base, but it’s a modern looking bar but it should be considered for a plan b.“
