I ordered a cake for my sister’s wedding. Wanted it to be unique. And it was. They did a magnificent job. It was double flavored (chocolate cherry on bottom & white wedding cake flavor top layer) This cake was the wonderful, moist and delicious. Everyone complimented on it. Oh it traveled a 4 hour drive to the event. Not one smudge. I am definitely going back for more.

I can’t speak for the taste as I was never able to pick up but as for the looks definitely need to start listening to the reviews and stop taking chances I put in a order for my 18th bd a BMO cake as adventure time was one of the shows that comforted me during my struggle with depression ik it sound ridiculous that a kids show can do that but it just made me feel so unbothered by everyone so naturally when I was quoted $240 I said yes no hesitation I even put $120 deposit well the final product absolutely does not reflect the $240 price tag I honestly thought it was a joke, I decided in the end not to give these scavengers another $120 considering I just turned 18 and work hard for my money now I have no cake for my 18th and I’m out $120 I even offered to pay a little bit more but if it weren’t for my love of adventure time I would have said no on spot any ways here’s a picture of this joke and the reference picture given. they charge like there ace of cakes and look like they were made by Helen Keller on a serious note it wasn’t horrible just not worth $240, I would have just let this go but if you really want to get into it yes I agreed to pay $240 but was never told it might come out like this second you said 45 serving over the phone now it’s 60 either you over charged me or your lying and last of all you said I threatened you and I never did such thing and I will absolutely not tolerate that kind of slander yes you were given a day but if you would have told me before hand it would have been so rushed I would have said no especially for $240 also I said multiple time in text that I would pay the $240 if your work reflected that price

I took my grandson in yesterday and we had the best German chocolate cupcake, raisin oatmeal cookies and my grandson had a cookie with $100 on it ? I live in Midland but anytime I’m in Odessa I’m gonna stop by. Thank you to the excellent baker

This bakery is AMAZING! I had to call them for an emergency birthday cake (it happens), and with an hour left to close, the owner made us a PERFECT cake... simple, but perfect! Her almond cake is my personal FAVORITE! They always goes ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure we are happy with our orders. One time, when I was pregnant, the owner even gave me a courtesy (aka FREE) cup of frosting, complete with a mini-spoon for emergency eating, because pregnancy cravings are REAL, and their buttercream frosting is basically from Heaven itself!?? Our latest purchase, and it won't last an hour! We will ALWAYS get our cakes from L'Oven! They do NOT disappoint!

Hands down the BEST cake ever! This is my go to place for birthdays, celebrations or just random Tuesdays. The cake never disappoints, and the almond shortbread cookies are just heavenly! I stop in at least once a week to grab a couple treats to share with the family, and I’m always greeted with a warm welcome. We LOVE L’oven and they will always be a part of our celebrations.

The cake itself tasted great and was very moist but none of us liked the icing or fondant. The cake also wasn’t at all what was expected and we were very disappointed with how it looked. We paid $180 and weren’t at all happy with the way the cake turned out.
