The chicken pot pie soup looked like it would be good-except it's already been discontinued, according to the lady at the register. Whoever it was at the register needs customer service training, you want the customer to feel welcome and appreciated. A friendly greeting goes a long way to retaining customers, especially when you don't have what your menu says you have.

Customer service is non existent. I came thorough the drive through. The cashier said she couldn’t take my order because it’s pickup only. When we asked her why, she had an attitude and stated there are signs all over (which there is not, there are two signs that state you cannot purchase split the check in this line) she also made a rude comment saying if this was a drive through there would be a menu. That comment was completely out of line. McAlister’s please retrain your employees on customer service skills. If you don’t like your job don’t come, don’t take it out on customers.

This is absolutely the worst McAlisters ever. If the food wasn’t already prepackaged before arriving I bet it would be horrible as well. Service is a serious failure at this location. They could really use someone to come in and doing some training to teach the people how to run their system and handle the most simple situations. The manager Jose is lacking the ability to run their system front counter. They tried serving my kids cookies that were so burnt and hard. When I asked for replacements or a big one to replace the three small the manager sent an employee to us us we could buy it. Come on man, it’s not a hard ask.

Will never go here again.

Got order wrong on one of my coworkers meals , hair in my other coworkers meal . Then was grossed out due to one of the coworkers (male ) kissing his boyfriend while on the clock !!!! Lost my appetite will not be back !!!!!

I come here pretty often so I decided to try the order online option so I could just pick it up at the window and it took over 30 minutes for me to get my order from the time I placed it. I showed up a couple minutes before the app said it would be ready expecting yo wait a couple of minutes, NOT 20. I had to ring their stupid door bell three times, because apparently it's too much to pay attention to a window, just for someone ask what I needed. I had to ring it another two times over a 10 minute period just for someone to come back with my order. When this kid finally shows up with my food after doing who knows what for 10 minutes he shoves it in my hands and slams the window without saying a word. If I could leave 0 stars for service I would. It ended up taking so long I was late getting back to work and I had no time to even eat my food. I would not ever recommend picking up at the window unless they can find someone competent enough to grab an order without getting lost for 10-15 minutes along the way.

My Spud Max was a joke! There was a piece of lettuce in it? … I get that sometimes stuff gets mixed but dang they just put the bacon 🥓 whole they didn’t chop it up at all there’s was hardly any ham on it that spud DRY LIKE SPONGEBOB NEEDING A CUP OF WATER DRY! I ordered potatoe soup bruh cold and squishy like why?????! Plus something is always broken the fountain machine or the oven or my love for McAlister’s broken .
