I don't usually do reviews, but I thought this restaurant needed one. We ordered our food online and arrived at the time they said it would be ready. We waited another 20 extra minutes for our food in the drive thru. Then we get home and they forgot one of our sandwiches. I wasn't very happy since we already had to wait a long time. Do not expect to get right in and out of this place. I’ve also eaten inside in the past and it was ALWAYS dirty!

Did a mobile pick up for 3pm waited to be helped in an empty restaurant for 10min after my pick up time. Said it just needs to be bagged. I then waited another 10min to get my food. Employees were moving like turtles.

Ordered take out. Got there 10 minutes before order ready. Got in the drive thru line. 20 minutes more, the line never moved.
So, I park and go inside. 10 minutes more, the guy helping Uber, asked for my order and name. Then he disappeared. Never came back. 12 minutes I stood there.
I had to leave. It is a lunch hour. Never got my lunch.
It was not a difficult order. Potato and a cup of soup. Disappointing

Eric counter attendant is The most amazing young man I go into McAllister‘s in Odessa on W. County Rd. 2 to 3 times a week and he genuinely has the best attitude ever

Takes forever to get your food! Took my son an hour to get his food yesterday and he ordered online. Last year I ordered online to pick up on my way to school for kids lunch and I had to leave the line to go get something else because it wasn’t ready 30 minutes after it was supposed to be.

Terrible service and refused to let anyone sit down and eat. Didn't have half the menu and took 45 minutes to cook what they do have

Went thru drive thru late afternoon. Nobody in line asked for a menu since they don’t have one before or when you get to window. You would have thought I had asked for my tires to be changed! I literally looked to make sure I was at a restaurant because the attendant acted like she did not know what a menu was. She Finally found one and eventually came back to take my order Menu said soup of the day so I ordered that and was told they don’t have soup of the day. Very poor customer service and lack of personality and enthusiasm. I felt like I was an inconvenience instead of a customer. But…I’m a huge fan of customer service and mcallisters missed the mark on this visit. I don’t come here often because of service so will most likely continue to go to another restaurant in the future
