We order on the app a couple times a month and always have a good experience with the window service for pick up. The staff is friendly and helpful. I’ve received a few free cookies and tea’s and it really is the little things that can make your day!

Microwaved soup and sandwich was stacked Half a centimeter high. Insulting for nearly $40 with a drink.
Not to mention they weren't able to take cash(?) And their receipt machine was broken. Shocking.

ordered pick up at the window sat there for 30mins as employees walked by there was no customers inside until a older gentleman appeared to be one of the cooks came over and asked “have i been helped”and as i say no he helps me and after giving me my food he tells me “thanks for coming, have a good day with a smile on his face. he needs a raise

I love MacAlisters and I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but come on. I always have a horrible experience, and they are always out of something. Then when you express your frustration, they act like you are the problem. Let me note, I have given them multiple opportunities over the course of two years

Pre-ordering is honestly useless. They never have your order ready by the time it's supposed to be ready whether you order ahead for a certain/specific time or order ahead period. The staff doesn't update you on your wait at all. It's disappointing. :/

Order over 100$ worth of food through mcalisters website for delivery. Never received food , called mcalisters and spoke to 3 different people and the GM . They said they could not refund me money nor remake my food , that I would personally pick it up . GM said to contact DoorDash , but i did not go through DoorDash . Then proceeded to say sorry can’t help me . I recommend not go to this store as they are not helpful at all . Now I got Hangry wife to deal with …… 😅

Horrible service, all workers have attitude and to get a meal get ready to wait 20-30 minutes. Not mentioning the time you have to wait in the line because it goes slow due to the poor service. Just absolutely despicable workers do not even say please/thank you and there’s no reason anyone should be waiting 30 minutes for a single meal. I understand things get busy but for the place to be like this on multiple occasions is just not right. I had put off leaving a review but this time had to wait 30 minutes for a meal and that did it to leave a review because this place has been consistently poor but its the closest to me so I wanted to give it multiple chances, although I won’t be coming here again. Corporate should visit their store because it’s just out of hand to the bad service to the long waiting times. You’re better off pretending this mcallisters does not exist.
This is one of the worst places I have been. The time response and the waiting are eternals.

Worst mcalister I've ever been to and I've been to many all over tx. Slow as molasses...the whole staff walks around like space cadets. I finally got my sandwich and it was made totally wrong...pretty disappointing for a $20 deli sandwich meal...i called ahead, they said it would take 10-15min and it took more like 35min. I told them i was in a rush which is why I called ahead....nothing seemed to register with the register worker.

This place is horrible . I’ve given it a few tries first time it was great. These last two times has been terrible. I get salads and add grilled chicken. imagine driving 15 minutes home and opening it and there’s nothing more than lettuce. This is the second time both dayshift and night shift has done this! We will not be going me back to this McAllister‘s!

HOWEVER the entire rest of the staff was the opposite.
Didn't wanna be there. Had a staff meeting while we were waiting on food. Food cold by the time we got it. Spud was dry small and not made correctly.
Maybe if the cooks would take off their sunglasses while working they could read what they are suppose to be making.... AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL.....
there is definitely a reason they only brought in 25k last week... heard that during the staff meeting we didn't request to be apart of...
