Horrible service!! Sooo slow! I arrived at 11:45 Friday stood there wasn’t even greeted! The cashier looked like a clueless deer in the headlights. Finally after she helped two people who came in after me I realized she was the only one taking orders and only if you stood in front of her, and needed help doing that. Finally was able to place my order and was promptly given my drinks . I stood there with only the drinks for almost an hour as customers were walking out! Others waiting at the counter thinking they were forgotten. Finally after nearly anhour asked if they forgot my order. And was told it just came up. BUT they didn’t get part of my order, and when I mentioned she said …oh, “I didn’t get that” it was three fruit cups how hard would it have been to go get those and charge me? But since that was much too difficult I said forget it I’m good! Mind you the total for three half cups of soup, 3 half sandwiches, and 3 peach teas was over 60.00 plus the first question on the screen is for a tip which I tipped 10% if I’d known how bad they were it would have been 0! Never going there again! Also never tipping in advance! Thanks for the lesson!

You’d think during lunch hours they’d be faster with service. I’m in line to pick up and has been waiting for 45 mins already! Each order seems like it’s made when you come to the pickup window. This is ridiculous! For those who’s working, we’re all going to be late and not able to eat our lunch! second and last time ever.

I had a large order for my office and Door Dash forgot to pickup the order. He only picked up and delivered the drinks. They called me and told me to send the driver back to the store. He finally delivered my order and one of my sandwiches was left off so I called and the Manager delivered the sandwich to my business herself. That's what I call service!!!

Like any restaurant you go to, it's a hit-and-miss experience. However, this particular restaurant has portioned the food so minimal that my sandwich had 2 thin slices of meat rather than your typical weight you're supposed to get. The staff were friendly to me, but as I was standing there waiting to finish my order, the counter lady answered the phone and was rude to the caller. I would probably go to a different McAllister location because the few times I've been here haven't been all that good.

The food was cold didn’t have anything on the menu the worst experience I’ve ever had at a McAlister’s an I go often 3 times a week. was very disappointing experience to spend 20 dollars on something I didn’t want unhappy. I know it’s quick deli but please care or try 40 minutes for food an it’s ice cold when it’s supposed to be steaming hot. Wasted my lunch waiting an now I get to go hungry back to work thanks for caring about your customers me and all the guys from the shop won’t be back to this location.

Food is great, but service at the counter is a joke. I placed a carry-out order which I paid cash for. It took 3 associates several minutes to input my order. I paid cash but the register drawer didn't open. The change was insignificant so I just told them to keep it. I wish you could train your counter staff to perform their jobs as well as your kitchen staff performs theirs.
The staff seems to be overwhelmed and stressed. My food was not good and it took a hr. To make. The chicken dumplings soup they gave me was half way empty with no chicken or dumplings. My sandwich was just thrown in the box with no condiments just old dry turkey.

Food was excellent. The restaurant was quiet and very clean. The service was very friendly. Easy to get to, right off the highway. It did have one broken both which is the only reason I knocked off the one star.
