“Despite being busy, they still do their best to get food out quickly for everyone 👍 if maybe management can schedule more people? When I was here, I saw quite a few people getting visibly upset because they had to wait too long for someone to take their orders at the counter.“
“I walked in for takeout and then went through the drive-thru for the Buffalo wraps. They were so good. I was starving. My only meal of the day was two two visits to the same place without leaving thoroughly. Enjoyed my Big Mac meal And substitute the drink for a shake cuz a small upgraded which is great and my next visit was through the drive-thru to the same McDonald's and my two Buffalo wraps for my second meal . The visit was just what I needed and right on time I was hungry and didn't want to wait at all. Thank goodness It was in my hand within 4 min. It had been awhile since I visited McDonald's. I don't know why and I'm glad I went and I had no clue they had so many different things in the menu. Y'all should check it out yourself and enjoydome new to me anyway, as much as I did ❤️.“
“I ordered on the app and the food was ready within 5 minutes. I went in store to get the order, since the drive thru looked to be a long line. Fries were crispy, fresh and had just the right amount of salt. Employees there were pleasant and attentive, something I didn’t really expect because I have had bad experience at a different location (also in Odessa.)

“There were quite a few cars in the drive but it moved quickly. However, the person who gave us his Carmel frappe needs some customer service lessons. She didn't smile, say have a good day, or anything. Pretty much just shoved it into my hubby's hand. This was 5/27/25 around 1:30 pm.“

“I had an unfortunate experience in which our delivery order was cancelled without any initial explanation as to why. My wife and I were sick so we had decided to take advantage of the free delivery promotional for orders totaling $20 or more. I tried contacting this McDonald’s location via the listed phone number two or three times and was unable to get anyone to answer on the other end. After contacting Door Dash for answers we were told that our order to be delivered had been taken by the wrong driver and thus the order was cancelled. I was more than frustrated because it had already been over an hour and we weren’t being provided any answers or solutions. The money was refunded but we were still without food and no guarantee that if I attempted to reorder from this location that it would not happen again. I decided to go up to McDonald’s to try and speak with the manager on duty as well as reorder our food. When I got inside I asked for the MOD which turned out to be a woman named Lleni. After explaining what had happened and showing her some information to support my claim she went out of her way to make it right. This manager deserves some praise because I truly felt understood and that she cared about my experience. Lleni affected my overall experience and how she handled it positively altered my perception of her entire team and its leadership.“
“I can't day I've been to this location alot but its definitely straight. This review is for the crew of course but the manager.....some white dude in his 50s but it only took me 3 seconds to see that hes a good manager and runs a tight ship. In a very brief amount of time I watched him own up to a mistake and he did it whole heartedly and recompensated the customer. Ive been in the game a long time. I worked in that industry for 20 years and didn't take long to see what an awesome manager he is. That crew is also very good too. Let us not take away from that!“
