Ive gone to this McDonalds multiple times and i have to go back every time for no sauces, no drink, every time i ask for plain and dry they put cheese and onions on kids meal burgers. This has happened 6 times out of 10 i need another McDonald’s near by or get new management

My kids love McDonald’s. The 10 piece sis usually our go to. Anything else is a hit or miss. Most of the time the younger teens or the Cubans mess up our order an always have something missing
Parking: Their parking sucks cause the drive through blocks anyone parked from leaving.

They tried to give me old hard breakfast for the last time here because I'm never coming back. Then when you ask them to correct it they get some attitudes. They changed the eggs and gave me the same hard pancakes. When the food goes out the window it should be considered contaminated and because of their mistake you should have a whole fresh meal. The manager seemed to have too much of a bond to attempt to correct the staff's mistake and allow their disrespect. Don't trust this McDonald's folks

I stopped going to Burger King cause they kept screwing up my orders, today I'm very pissed at McDonald's for screwing up my order and left out my wife's burger. I will never go back there, and now I have to look for another burger joint. 😡

My family loves McDonald's, so I buy food from this McDonald's often. They usually get my order right but about one out of seven times an item or two will be missing from my order. Sometimes they apologize other times they don't. This morning I was missing three hash browns. Is this my fault for not checking or is it McDonald's fault for not giving what I paid for. According to district manager Rosa who's new by the way practically told me that if I didn't like their service I didn't have to go there which is true but if everyone who didn't like bad service stop going there they wouldn't have any customers. Why don't we just try fixing the problem instead. Yours Truly Unsatisfied customer..

Don't ever answer phone. They've messed my order up every time I go and dude always has attitude..Never have toys for the toddlers..my toddler don't play with athletes poster.... payment window girl attitude n messes up orders. Getting ridiculous

Did online order,fries are stale like they're been out all day. Or reused, if I get food posion I will be calling corporate and have my proof with me as well. Threw my fries after a few bites.

Quality of service has gone down the drain at this location. I ordered three McRibs and they were giving me the total without asking if I wanted drinks or fries. Get to the window and the young girl just held out my order without even looking out the window. Didn’t offer a drink carrier, didn’t say a single word period. Got home and one of the McRibs was dry, no bbq sauce whatsoever. People can say what they want about this generation coming into the workforce but that’s an excuse, McDonalds has CS standards and it falls on management to implement those standards and make sure people are getting what they pay for.

Stopped at 8 am to get a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin and the bread was so hard it basically turned to crumbles when squeezed the cheese was off color and old and the sausage patties was 2 different colors from where it had been sitting so long

It's McDonald's. Don't expect much more than that. People are rude, and food is mediocre at best. Kids still seem to have some connection to it as of is were the 90s when ot was still decent.
