Had to wait in drive thru for 20 min. And it is only 4pm. Go to open my bag and the fries were just thrown in there so the were all over the bottom of the bag. Did not get one damn napkin, ordered a coke and got Dr. Pepper. This I will never do again. Horrible restaurant all around.

Service ooooky semi warm food fries are never fresh slightly cool. Use to be good has gone down a bit. Fries are never full i Understand I'm not asking to overflow the fries, but at least fill them up.If we're gonna pay for a large fries that cost 4.00 plus tx for it to come out with half of it full. I'm Sure when the employees make their food to go home with.They fill up their fries and have their orders.Good and great, same here.Do it for your people who pay for your paycheck. We want the sa.e service. Odessa is going down

I'm absolutely fuming. I waited for like 20 mins in the drive thru and they totally just forgot my order and the nuggets were cold as ice and then my burger was stale. Never coming here again

Horrible customer service put my mobile order got there got half my order then they told me to go to window two to wait for a frappe for another 15 more minutes and then they want to be rude about it after I was patiently waiting for my drink! Would give them zero stars if I could! Then my food was cold to top it off!🤦🏻♀️
