Placed my order in the app and got there and they said my order did not go there but I had the receipt but the manager on duty at 7:45 12/5/25 kept telling me there was no order there and they couldn't do anything about it but I spent $55.00 and either wanted my food or my money back after I kept telling her I just wanted my food she finally made my order but was very rude about it My wife also had a order that was there and ready for pickup the manager told us it was ready before arguing about my order so when I got my order I asked about my wife's that was already ready the manager made us pull to the #1 parking place and made us wait for 15 minutes to get the order that was already ready just to be rude to us This McDonald's needs to replace this manager or just close this restaurant down

If I could leave a 0 star I would. Purchased 3 Grinch meals and all 3 were missing the socks and salt. Picked up our meals inside from the counter and they handed us our meals knowing that they were out of everything. Horrible service and management.

This is the second time back to back, this place has left the food cold and then over cooked 😒 this use to be a good McDonald but I’m over giving chances to make it right. The staff are lazy especially early morning and late night. I can’t help when I get off, being oil field, this place should be able to accommodate, they can’t😏 DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME GAS OVER PRICED. A mile away foods better try Quick Trip 💯

The older black lady Daphne yelled and screamed at me after id been waiting 15 minutes to pick an order up. Then yelled at me and told me she would not serve me after I kept asking her to stop yelling at me. Doordash was notified and I will be speaking to the manager. People deserve respect and this woman isnt friendly to the customers.
