Horrible customer service. Force you to use the screens to order, no table tents, absolutely no one helping at the front. If I’m going to have to do everyone’s job for them including being the cashier for McDonald’s the least they could do is lower their pricing. Not to mention when they rebuilt this specific store they took out the play place for kids. We will not be back again.

The food is fresher and tastes better than other McDonald's we've frequented. Sometimes the wait is long though, and they often forget an item or two. However, they never give us any hassle or bad attitude about correcting it. We mostly dine in because the kids want to, so I can't comment on the drive thru, but I would be weary and double check the bag. As far as McDonald's go, this location is more worth the price hikes in recent years.

Have waited over 30 minutes in line for an online order. 1 car moves roughly every 7 to 10 mins. If my order wasnt already paid for i would be leaving. Ridiculous for fast food

We have always loved this location, but lately they have been messing up our orders and when there was a problem we would always speak to someone who doesn’t speak English and we can’t understand them. And we cant understand the person taking our order. we specifically just got 2 double cheese burgers and for some reason they put Big Mac sauce and the sauce gets my girlfriend very sick. Cooks and staff need to be re hired or trained. Horrible experience.

Besides the fact none of the workers speak English, they’ve messed up my order numerous times. I mean at this point I’ve spent more time with trying to explain how they messed up on my order than actually eating. This recent time I’ve been, they put Big Mac sauce on my cheeseburgers, like what the hell??? It’s just ridiculous and frustrating how people mess up their job constantly over and over and nothing is done about it.

I don’t know if they can’t read or what but if you can’t you should not be working there. Ordered two 5 dollar meal deals, one for somebody else, and also ordered me a bacon quarter pounder. Ordered at the kiosk so it would be right. Checked the ticket, ticket said how it’s suppose to be. I leave get home, no quarter pounder, I go back up there they give it to me, food is cold at this point. I save the 5 dollar meal deal for lunch the next day. Go to eat it, I ordered it no ketchup extra onions and pickles. Guess what, just a normal McDouble not at all how I ordered it. Oh yeah 20 minute wait just to go back up there and wait another 20. This is beyond ridiculous. I’m gonna lose my mind on them next time.

I don't normally order McDonalds unless my kids want McDonalds. But I like to play monopoly game and its the only reason I start ordering McDonalds. But they been having issue about not having the monopoly pieces. If you guys do t have them monopoly pieces, take the monopoly game away. I felt like I've scammed and yall giving fake advertising. It happened to me several times at the store that they don't have the pieces. And those new technologies make them employees lazy. U hardly see them at the registers.

Ordered the McCrispy strips heard the guy repeat it with an attitude and got mad every time because he kept saying the McCrispy when I wanted the strips. When I left I didn’t receive what I wanted. I don’t buy from McDonalds for this reason, the guy didn’t even sound like he wanted to be there and kept mumbling every time he asked something.
