I ordered during the app when they had the Grinch Meal and got my order quickly. Today, I ordered on the app for curbside and waited 30 minutes. I tried to go in because my app said it was delivered but it was 15 minutes after that I finally got it. Needless to say, the fries are cold. What's the purpose of ordering ahead when 9 people went through the drive-thru after we parked.
* Edited- made it home with no cheeseburger. So after all of that, I didn't even get my whole meal and when I called, I heard someone on the phone but they hung up, then wouldn't answer when I called back. I would like a refund, but can't find the store # to put in a request with McDonald's. I will not be returning to this one.

Not open New years Day, dont bother . Saw 5 cars try the drive-through at 5:20 am. No one there.. parked across the street at the taco place, and I keep seeing car after car drive through and leave.
Good food but poor customer service. Very clean and nice for family dinning. Needs improvement with customer service. They are reluctant and refused to accept discount code from the McDonald's app. If you want to use the code, be ready and double check that discount is applied before payment.

Dine in service is horrible. No one at the counter so I ordered on the kiosk. Food took forever and arrived cold.
Don’t drink all of your drink because you’re not getting a refill here.

Employees are very unkind with poor manners. You also have to repeatedly correct your order to them at the speaker because they don’t pay attention and add incorrect items. One thing I can’t stand is when they just totally ignore you at the window. Just holding out the drink/food not saying a word or even looking my direction… how rude can you be?

The location on Faudre is exceptional. The food is always fresh. We always use the pickup option because no one speaks English inside.

After listening to the lady in front of me repeat her order for about 10 min in the drive thru, I knew her order by heart. 2 sausage biscuits, no cheese. Pretty simple, but who am I right? Watched about 10 cars go through the other lane. My turn, app order just pickup. Yeah, I understood why they couldn't get the order right. Drive thru couldn't understand the order and pickup window couldn't keep the orders straight. Even after giving them my receipt because they didnt understand me, I thought surely you can check off 2 items. Nope. Once again, check your orders because they cant.

I had an unfortunate experience in which our delivery order was cancelled without any initial explanation as to why. My wife and I were sick so we had decided to take advantage of the free delivery promotional for orders totaling $20 or more. I tried contacting this McDonald’s location via the listed phone number two or three times and was unable to get anyone to answer on the other end. After contacting Door Dash for answers we were told that our order to be delivered had been taken by the wrong driver and thus the order was cancelled. I was more than frustrated because it had already been over an hour and we weren’t being provided any answers or solutions. The money was refunded but we were still without food and no guarantee that if I attempted to reorder from this location that it would not happen again. I decided to go up to McDonald’s to try and speak with the manager on duty as well as reorder our food. When I got inside I asked for the MOD which turned out to be a woman named Lleni. After explaining what had happened and showing her some information to support my claim she went out of her way to make it right. This manager deserves some praise because I truly felt understood and that she cared about my experience. Lleni affected my overall experience and how she handled it positively altered my perception of her entire team and its leadership.

If I could give negative stars I would customer service here has went way down but it's only certain people here once kid kept saying he couldn't hear me at the order window had me yelling so much so the people behind heard the conversation and said this place needs to teach these kids respect. Look no one forces you to work here if you can't take a fast food job your never gonna make it in life. Respect gose a long way and pushing the card reader in someone's face is a good way for you to get hurt in today society.
