Just left and I’ve always liked coming here since it’s my favorite McDonalds due to it being clean and usually quick service. But I placed an order on the app at 8:30 pm and ordered to go inside and grab it since the option was AVAILABLE. And while I submitted the order to go inside and grab it. They locked all the doors so no one can get in. They saw me asking nicely for them to open it and ignored me. I called and they kept ignoring my calls until finally a lady picked up and asked me what do I want. I kindly told her I needed her to open the door so I could step in quickly and get my order. Tell me why she hangs up on me, and her and the manager walk towards me at the front door very aggressively and yell at me “Don’t ever order here again, especially at this time. And don’t order inside because we’re already closed.” And they were yelling at other customers (teenagers) to get out while they were placing their orders since they wanted to close. I told them since they had such a big problem to take it up with the app since it says the lobby wasn’t closed. And they just said “here take your food and go” and tossed my food at me once I told them. In my opinion, this place is gonna drop fast with people like that working here. Especially the manager and what seemed to be his assistant. Both snotty and rude and immature and they could barely even speak a word of English. Really hope this issue gets resolved. But until then, I recommend nobody else comes here if you’re trying to avoid getting yelled at or your food tossed at you…

I ordered an apple pie at 9:48 pm I took a bite and it was very rubbery so I checked the sticker that comes on the packaging and it says enjoy by 10:19 am.i was very disgusted and they should throw away old pies or even food if they’ve been sitting out since the morning🤢

For a 10.00 meal I got a burger that was not cooked all the way and cold old fries. Did not eat went right in the trash. Great Lunch Thanks.

Worst McDonald's I ever been to in my life. I CALLED LEFT ME ON HOLD FOR 30 MINUTES till I drove back up there....I was still on hold when I walked in and this rude ass lady in her acts like it's my fault they can't add bacon to the damn burger and fries was from yesterday.....

The absolute worst customer Service, They charged me for the wrong order. Got my order wrong.. I left paying for a vanilla latte I did not get and I didn’t get my pancakes. If you’re in a rush in the morning, Don’t waste your time. The manager didn’t even bother to fix it was so rude.I was overcharged for something I didn’t even get. This restaurant is a waste of space considering how terrible the service is I have not once went through that line with out some kind of mix up or something being out of order or unavailable on the menu.
