Every once in a while, I feel nostalgic for the American take on Chinese food. Panda Express is that place where I can pick up a lot of hot food quick and take it home for movie night on a rare Friday that I’m not in bed by 8pm. We ordered a family meal and I had noodles, rice, orange chicken, rangoons, and egg rolls. It was hot, well prepared, and exactly what I expected. I appreciated the fast and courteous service.

They did not want to fulfill my DoorDash order they said they lost it when they first said they were waiting on the orange chicken. They did not want to give my order to the DoorDash or they were talking in Spanish as if She did not understand. I called the Store numerous times because the order was accepted on my side and paid for and they would not answer my call. The DoorDash lady said she was hearing the phone ring and the manager was just ignoring it very unprofessional management. I am disgusted.

They didn't have everything we order so they asked if I wanted to wait 10 mintues or switch for something different. I switched didn't want to sit there while my other food got cold. It was OK and as a mom I allowed my kids what they wanted and opted to eat the switched food.

I’ve been here approximately 10 times always getting drive thru, and not once have they ever given me any fortune cookies. Now I know it isn’t the biggest deal in the world, but It’s Chinese food, who the heck opens an Americanized Chinese chain and doesn’t give fortune cookies just because it’s the drive thru?!

Giving this one star as this is the second time they got my order wrong, made a $200 catering order online even that was difficult as the online web is messed up too, make large order in trays when I arrived they handed me individual plates so that was messed up also ended up getting less food and even when they brought the bags out I could see they were leaking inside the bags. they missed one item completely and smashed all the eggrolls in one bag. Worst part is I called when I made the order to make sure they got it right, don't know how one location can be so inept.
