Pizza Hut in Odessa

“I thought I already reviewed this one. But here goes anyway. I placed my order and indicated that I was waiting outside.Shift changed and my foid sat in the warmer till the box was almost too "HOT" to handle. But it was also Delcious???“

“I want to commend to you a true customer champion at the 2311 Andrews Hwy location in Odessa. After I had actually made 4 previous calls to Pizza Huts in Odessa, none of which seemed interested in helping me order and get a pizza to my room. After the 4th attempt to place a delivery order with no success, I was ready to just get some chips from the vending machine and be done with, but by this time I was so hungry for pizza I decided I would try one more time, and that's when I finally made contact with Jamie. She was someone who seemed like she actually wanted to help me order some pizza. She was like breath of fresh air, a cool breeze on a hot August afternoon, and she said how can I help you. I started telling her part of story and she said, I going help you get your pizza ordered. She asked for the address where it would delivered to and she said, you know there is a Pizza Hut just down the road from your hotel and I will take your order, then get it to that location so you don't have to go through this again. She took my order and then in a few moments, my phone rang and when I saw that is was a local number, I thought, oh my goodness, now what, but it was Jamie calling to let me know that the order was placed and would headed my way shortly. Now as of this moment I have not received my pizza yet, but it has only been about 20 minutes, however given the stress and emotional frustration I've gone through to get this pizza, when the delivery guy gets here and hands me my pizza, I may just break down and cry!

“I just got a pizza from Pizza Hut on my lunch break, the guy working the front counter was very respectful & immediately took my order & as I waited for my pizza he had the same positive energy with other customers that came in to the restaurant & the ones who were already there eating, it’s hard to find friendly people with good customer service in the restaurant business these days & my pizza was really good as well good job to the cook as well.“

“Walking into this Pizza Hut reminded me of the classic Pizza Hut experiences I had as a kid. The checkerboard tables, the wood accents, and the big red booths all combined to give this place a real nostalgic vibe. The only thing missing was a Pac-Man arcade cabinet and the good old-fashioned salad bar.

The pizza looked and tasted great, and the guys in there were friendly and helpful!“

“Went to eat the buffet at pizza hut at lunch with my wife today. We witnessed one of the hardest working crews we have ever seen at a pizza hut. Starting with Lluvia at the register and filling the buffet table, cleaning up the tables, answering the phones and taking orders. She was on her game along with Gracie who was crazy busy making and boxing up all the pizzas with a couple of other people in the back. They ran that place like a well oiled machine. It was truly a great site to see. Especially in these times of entitlement and laziness. We will be praying for these people to get their due. God honors great people. Keep the good work. Thank you guys for a very pleasant experience.“

“We have ordered pizza for pick up at the drive thru from the 87th St. location on average, twice a month since they first opened. We have never had a negative experience. The employees have always been friendly & professional. The pizza has always been made to order and tasted good. The few times that I have gone inside for pick up, it looked clean. This is the best Pizza Hut location in Odessa, in my opinion.“

“I ate a large pizza with pepperoni and jalapeños, I gave the employe my name on the order but he said it was in the oven it was actually ready inside the warmer, after a little while more a more experience worker came in an gave me my pizza out of the warmer, the pizza was very expensive 21 dollars an some change but was really good.“
