This place has been letting me down lately. The pizza quality is terrible. Recently my order was made wrong and they tried to give it me thinking I was not gonna notice or say anything. The inside smelled like open sewer drain and the ice machine and fountain drinks are always out of order.

I always have to wait at this location for employees to come to the front when theyre standing in the back talking. They only come out when theres a long line. This last order I waited 30+ minutes for pickup order that was already done, i get home and they forgot to make some of my order. I go back and have to wait LONGER. Food is already cold by the time i get back. Dont even order at this location, i always have issues here. Id rather order at a different, further location than wait for cold food. Horrible service.

We have been buying Pizza Hut pizza for years. It has always been our go to pizza but the last few times it has been terrible. Today the service and the pizza was horrible. It was our last time to order Pizza Hut. Thankyou for all the good years.

Placed an order for delivery, somehow it was switched to takeout. Called to get it fixed gave them my address and they still didn't get it right. Delivered my pizza to the wrong address and every time I had to call back they were rude and unprofessional.

Very bad attention and cleanliness, very bad service and lack of respect, I went to the place through a job application and they gave me an appointment, I arrived that day and the person who was supposed to attend to me was not there, they told me to come another day at 2 in the afternoon and I went and the person was not there either and they didn't even let me enter the place, they helped me at the door, I don't know what form of hiring that is and I don't know what conditions the employees really have
I get to the store and the employee working just looks at me and keeps on working not saying a word. With a sour look on her face. And when she's ready for me she just stares at me. Terrible customer service

The young hispanic girl (cashier) with big thick eyelashes.. I looked at my receipt no name on it, didn't see a name tag only way I can describe her.... But she was very rude and very annoyed by me asking what the deals and promotions were and was annoyed that I was going to make the online order at the register (store bone dry empty)because I asked about the $7 lovers deal and told me I couldn't order a personal pan pizza The Hut deal in store but I ordered it at the other Pizza said they were different franchises and had different deals told us we couldn't sit in the restaurant because it's closed so we sat in our car never called us for our food never brought the order out never nothing she's very rude I will never return to this pizza again... And it took 20 minutes to get the food but the employees seem to be able to sit outside and smoke cigarettes I was confused on policy an procedure at this store for sure
